Pizza & Burger by Michael Mina - Fontainebleau Miami Beach
Inspired by Mina’s sons and their two gastronomic obsessions – Sammy is the burger maniac, Anthony adores pizza – Pizza & Burger’s menu is modeled on what the Mina family likes to cook, serve and eat at their backyard get-togethers with family and friends.

The menu is varied so alot to choose from. Our waitress Vicki was awesome
The food was average and over priced. The wait staff was attentive and prompt.
Friendly and efficient service. HUGE nacho platter and stellar dry aged burgers accompanied by a beer flight of local brews.
Average food and average service in a nondescript environment at an inflated price. Most of the Fontainbleau's restaurants are amazing, but this one is a swing and a miss. I won't return.
Fun place and great food. Casual dining and fun place to watch the games
$30 burger that simply tries to hard. The fancy brioche bun is too big for the burger, and instead of cheese they use a cheese sauce the just makes a mess of everything. While it tasted good, it was not realistic when it came to actually eating it like a burger.
Decent food, pizza was okay, milk shakes were mostly undrinkable. Kids did not like the toppings on the milk shakes.
Great food great service for my birthday with kids thanks ! Manager Peter was very special.
The experience was amazing. I sat at the bar and everyone was very nice. The ambiance coordinated with the service to make everything impeccable and lovely.
A wonderful place to grab a burger or pizza.
Great service and the food tasted fabulous.
Appetizers were mad and the Entrees even better.
Cool old school bar setup with classic games; Jenga, Fuss-ball and Connect 4.
Would recommend going especially for a quick bite or after a long day at the pools.
This is my mom and I’s favorite casual dining while staying at the Fontainebleau! It is such a relaxed vibe and a great place to get dinner after spending the day on the beach and/or pool. Great for couples and families. The food is delicious with generous portions. We loved our waiter ; he was attentive, accommodating and had a great personality. I wish I got his name so I can give him a shout out! Highly recommend
Average or below average food for $$$$$. Plzza was OK, however medium done hamburger tasted as dry well done.
Leckeres Essen, entspanntes Ambiente mit Sportprogramm auf diversen TV s
Service was amazing. Food was excellent. Salads and burgers really good. Expensive but when in the Fountainbleau it’s to be expected
Awesome atmosphere fun with the kids, food was delicious.
I found the food to be very good here.
We did not like the venue, too dark, low ceilings, very noisy, and table was not that clean.
We waited to see if we could get a booth for far too long, but finally were given one.
I would probably not return.
Needs some improvements.......
Delicious burger. Freakishly expensive ($75 for two burgers, two sodas, no alcohol). Service was great, ambiance generally nice, music from pool area very loud and intrusive.
The burgers were mediocre. Hard Rock’s bugers are far superior.
The bacon was a thicker cut making tougher to chew and having unappetizing gristle. The waffle fries were a bit undercooked and uninspiring. I was expecting a better flavor from the meat. Especially from a $25 burger.
Ice tea was $7. A small can of Diet Coke was $5. Three burgers split between four people with no alcohol was $120. I don’t mind spending that is the food is excellent. This meal was barely mediocre.
Food was yummy. A casual restaurant in a fancy hotel. Service was very good and server was super pleasant. Very good of you’re looking for casual dining.
Of all the restaurants in Fontainebleau (I ate at 5 of them), I found this one to be the only one that left me wanting more.
Pizza and burger is a solid casual dining experience. Straight and to the point, the menu is simple, the food is good, and so are the cocktails.
The food was amazing! My burger was the BEST I have ever had. However - Pricey!!
The fries were delicious. The atmosphere was fun/ but our table was not in an ideal location/ middle of floor near wait station. Our waitress waa great. Our food took a long time to come after ordering??........not sure why.
Food was really good. We tried the banana chocolate shake, wings, Greek salad and the margarita pizza. We enjoyed everything! Definitely would return. A bit pricey, but not surprised given location.
Food was fine service was horrible
Said there were no tables available had to sit at bar, not sure if this a judgement based on the fact we were working at the hotel for three days, still dressed in show blacks. Sat us at bar where it was crowded and waiters were serving food, very uncomfortable seating. Since I was a paying customer I looked online and reserved a table. There still seemed to be some confusion as to if they should honor my table reservation. After some debate was sat at a table. Bartender cut me off when I placed my order, so never took my full order. Had to ask a second person if I could get a tea with my meal. Will not eat there again while working in this hotel. Would rather walk a few blocks if it means being treated with respect.
We had a good time
Casual restaurant for families. Good food. Too noisy
Great for kids...server was super busy with a large table.
Ambiance staff and quality f food were all excellent
Was a bit more informal than had thought. Definitely very casual dining.
It was expensive for 2 burgers and 2 drinks but the food and drinks were excellent. I would go again.
Overall disappointing meal and experience. If I were Michael Mina, a reputable Michelin star chef I would not lend my name to a restaurant that was subpar. I would not recommend this restaurant nor would I ever go to another Michael Mina associated venue.
Lovey spot with excellent service. Our burgers were dry.
Servers and manager were very accommodating my cranky hungry children. Food was tasty and atmosphere was fun and family friendly
What a wonderful restaurant. I’ve been to plenty of pizza joints (from NY) and loved how comfortable the seating was. Open venue with lower ceilings that made it a little noisy at times, but it felt a little like Gino’s (Chicago).
Pizzas were fantastic and service was great as well. Stayed at the Fontainebleau and found all restaurants were wonderful—this, however, proved to be the bargain of them all. Kids found plenty of selections and adults were stuffed after desserts (awesome milkshakes!).
Server ruined it by disappearing 1/2 way through meal
Oscar's burger is the best! Delicious.
This is not a place to eat if you have any kind of food allergies!! Everything is cooked on the same grill and frying oil. I was Accommodated by the chef with a pan seared hamburger patty and salad.. Our server Jessica was a delightful person who try to accommodate our needs..Ask for Jessica if you dine there..
menu great but I was trying to eat healthy so went with the make your own salad. Choices great but too much lettuce and not enough of the veggie items etc. However, my server was fantastic and when I mentioned my feedback she brought me additional veggies which created a great salad. I only ordered 7 out of 10 choices allowed so perhaps that was the reason it seemed light. One suggestion...the knives are very dull and it was a chore to cut even the veggies in a salad. Very annoying.
Sind eigentlich immer zufrieden. Leider am diesen Abend hat das Fleisch im Burger einen komischen Geschmack gehabt :(
