Great family atmosphere and super service. We enjoyed the pizza and service was quick and friendly. The manager was very engaging and we enjoyed speaking with her.

I booked my reservation well in advance on open table. I received a confirmation email that my reservation was secured. Upon arrival to Pizanos the doors were locked at the time that we should be dining. Next to the door a sign says closed on Mondays and Tuesday. Someone should know the hours of the restaurant before allowing us to make a reservation. So now my party of 5 had no reservation for a restaurant and had to wait for a table during the busy dinner hour. I do t know if this is the fault of Pizanos or Open Table. Either way it is unacceptable. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this experience.

I was able to place a reservation on Open Table but when I got there the restaurant was closed.. this was very annoying that the hours online are not the same as what is posted on the outside of the restaurant.

impromptu group of us all converged at the same restaurant so instead of just a 4 top, we grew to 14 ppl, half kids and adults. The staff went out of the way to make space for everyone and the waiter Ray was great with the kids portion of the table as well as keeping the drinks coming for the adults! Plus the pizza is awesome.

My parents came into town for Memorial Day weekend and we sat outside on the patio. The calamari and pizza were delicious. The hostess is very accommodating and the service was great!!!

The staff was polite and charismatic, the food was prompted and delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. Took my mother and sister out for brunch as an early Mother's Day celebration, and they loved it from the food and drinks all the way down to the clean and tidy restroom.

Wonderful! My husband and I were in town for a work/pleasure trip and wanted to get the the proverbial Chicago-Style pizza. We stayed in the River North area and couldn't find a reservation anywhere close. Pizano's Division St was a 15 minute Uber ride out, but ended up being a great decision ! Definitely a neighborhood feel and not downtown touristy. The staff was very attentive despite the fact there was a birthday celebration of 20 beside us. And of course...the pizza was fantastic! Better yet...fantastic without breaking the bank. Highly recommend and we would definitely go back!

Somehow my reservation thru OpenTable told the restaurant to expect us two hours earlier than we Arrived. Despite the technical glitch, they sat us without question and without a long wait. I am gluten free and was able to eat an AMAZING deep dish pizza. Thank you for a great night!!
