   It’s a nice place. The food was good. Good Location. But. They don’t serve burgers or sandwiches on their dinner menu. Half our party of 7 didn’t get to order what they wanted. They also didn’t have a few items that are on the menu. And NO pretzels.

   Loved this place! First off, amazing atmosphere. Great place to have a fun dinner with friends. The food was fantastic, everyone loved their dish, from the onion rings to the stuffed peppers to the cucumber salad, to the schnitzel, to the goulash, to the pork shank, to the salmon. The cocktails and beers were also above reproach. If I had one criticism, it would be the limited wine list. Nevertheless, I can't wait to go back.

   The server didn't know anything about the menu and wasn't very friendly, we were told multiple things on the already small menu were unavailable, our food came out very cold, and it was overpriced for the portions served.

   Drinks were pretty decent. My husband got the schnitzel and was pleased with it. I got the goulash and it was cold. There was about as much fat as there was meat with just a smear of mashed potatoes. For $32 I would have thought there would be more food.

   This was the worst meal I have ever eaten. We all ordered and many different things off of the menu and none of them were very good. Not even the children’s cheese pizza tasted good. Our service was very good but the noise level in this restaurant is extremely loud, so if you are hard of hearing, this would not be a good thing for you, my husband wears a hearing aid and it’s hard for him to hear. I was very disappointed in this restaurant when requested a item officer luncheon menu, they refused to make it not very accommodating for a restaurant I will not go back here again.

   It was ok. My steak was good. The seafood risotto, wasn’t the best. Fish and chips was enjoyable. The r brown was bitter not sweet. Great location. We didn’t drink from the bar.

    My hostess begrudgingly gave us a booth instead of a large middle table and gave us dirty looks our entire meal. The menu was good, the drink were to. My desert was tasty and there was no music do the vibe was off.

    The pricing on the menu here on OpenTable is not correct. The pricing is double + what you see here on Open Table. There were ≈7 pages of food menu but several of the pages weren't available to order. I had to change my option a couple of times because of what was actually available. The food was alright but not worth the price. The waiter was friendly but couldn't bridge the gap of the rest of the experience.

    I had phenomenal schnitzel and my fiancé had a great charcuterie board. The staff was super helpful! They helped us get some pastries after hours and the atmosphere was incredible! I loved it and think it’s an amazing addition to Waco’s food scene. 10/10

    Everything we ordered was great! Our group had schnitzel, salmon, seafood risotto, and the fish and chips. We especially liked the onion rings as an appetizer.

    I took three exchange students from the Czech Republic to the Pivovar. They were extremely impressed by the restaurant and commented it reminded them of an upscale establishment in Prague or Brno. The table visit by the manager was greatly appreciated,

    Found this restaurant by chance. Looking for a place to go for a special event, beautiful and the food was so delicious having the goulash ending with the cheesecake vanilla bean ice cream, and the beer and wine flights are highly recommended to experience the brewery side of the house. Will be going back to enjoy again.

    The beef goulash consisted of two ribs. Both were small and honestly one was almost totally just fat. The fries were coated and not just potatoes. The fish was fine and so was the mashed potatoes and the cabbage. The last time I got the beef goulash it was much better and the fries were good. Things have seemed to change. Not for the better.

    Amazing food right there at bottom level of the hotel but with separate outdoor entrance. Free 2 beers and breakfast with our room which were both superb. For dinner the Seafood Risotto and Pork Shank were superb! The ultra light beers were very good and not as light as one would expect for "ultra light". The only complaint was they must have been short staffed as our waitress which was working very hard only came to bring us drinks and take our order and then only other time she stopped by was to bring the check when we were done. We never got a chance to get waters or order a second round of drinks. Kids menu does not include the grilled cheese like the website suggests.

    We enjoyed our meal very much. Hostess was snooty and difficult when we didn't like the table because the afternoon sun was shining straight in our eyes. Our waiter, Kyler, was very good and attentive. Food was excellent but small portions, everything was alacart and pricey. Thus the lower value rating. My filet mignon was excellent as were the brusell sprouts ( which I don't normally like, or eat ). The beer was very good. The place is quite nice and relatively quiet. Overall it was a good dining experience and we will probably go back. Waco is an hour+ drive for us.
