Sean was awesome!
He advised us correctly to order the best amount to order.
He was very personable and we had a wonderful experience!
The lamb chops and my husband’s steak was prepared perfectly!
Having dined here a number of times, it was nice to find it a little quieter than usual.
Aside from an improperly cooked steak, which was taken care of promptly, it was another good experience.
Amazing service and food. Lighting over tables was intense for evening.
Reservation notes for special occasion was not noted but otherwise it was fantastic.
I found the food and the service to be outstanding as usual.
The only ding is the fact we were seated in a booth next to the kitchen. Not the best of seating considering we had reservations and we passed a booth away from the kitchen as we were seated.
The food itself is good, however having to pay separately for each side is crazy given the prices for the main entrees! I can make comparable steaks at home for a fraction of the price! There were three of us for dinner with no add-ons and the cost of our meal was almost $300!
Excellent brunch spot, fantastic food even better service.
Food was good my steak was medium rare, but I asked for medium.
We had a wait so we sat at the bar and had a couple drinks Alicia was our bartender not sure how you spell her name she was amazing very helpful very friendly when we got sat down at a table our first server sucked so they found us a new one her name is Sarah she was amazing make sure she explained everything to us answered any questions very good with recommendations she had tended the tables enough but not overwhelming but made sure we were never without anything the manager who took care of us was awesome because of these two ladies and the manager I will definitely be back it was not too loud in here which was nice food was amazing definitely recommend this place
Prime rib was delivered table side raw-rare...Ordered medium. General Manager noticed and took care of asap....Great service from him and our server....
Our server, Riley, was fantastic.
He had great energy and a sense of humor. He answered our questions, made suggestions, and kept our water and wine glasses full.
We all felt very "taken-care-of".
He truly added to the enjoyment of our meal.
You get what you pay for. Everything is top notch and that includes the price. I would recommend to friends for special occasions.
Great place for a special occasion dinner, on the pricier side, but everything was amazing, and the service was impeccable.
Women at the next table forgot she had an inside voice. The service was awesome, food was top of the best. Company was my best friend
Great Valentine’s Day dinner.
Love the great steaks.
My wife and I had dinner on Valentines evening. We were fortunate enough to have Riley as our server as he was extremely knowledgeable and made our dining experience that much better! I highly recommend asking to sit in his section. We both had the filet mignon and it was delicious. We also ordered a baked potato, which was easily enough for two, a wedge salad and Buffalo brussel sprouts. When they say Buffalo, they mean it! It was way too hot for us and Riley immediately took care of us and brought us out ones without the fire. This is an expensive restaurant and we feel overly pricey, but we still go there on occasion to treat ourselves being pampered for a night.
Fantastic food! Great service!
Best steaks in the northern burbs
Highly recommend every time
It was freakin AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! I never saw my 16 year old eat a steak so fast! And he is picky! Good job!
Outstanding food and service as always at Pittsburg Blue!
Great place for a business lunch meeting . Quiet , great food and service.
We were seated at a table that literally had a space heater by it so we would not freeze. The draft from the window/opening by my seat was like a cold air furnace. Food was ok, service a bit slow, but the table was absolutely reduculous. When you spend north of $200 at dinner for two you should not have to worry about your feet getting frostbite.
I love this place. I usually save it for special occasions and they never disappoint! The food is always yummy and the service is excellent.
Everything was wonderful, food & service was wonderful, the only thing I was not happy with was it was very noisy and was hard to have a conversation with someone sitting right next to you.
Always great food - great service! We love Pittsburgh Blue. We enjoy the atmosphere, food, and great service. Very consistent - We are never disappointed!
Evening was very great.
The service and food were outstanding. Prices are little on the high side, but it was one of the best meals I've ever had, so no complaints on my end.
Food was fantastic as usual. I had the dry aged cowboy ribeye. $70 steak, but well worth it. Bone in ribeyes are my favorite and generally they come with 3 to 4 oz of fat. This one was evenly marbled and I barely had any fat to cut out. My wife had the prime rib and she says it was the best she has had. The atmosphere is nice, but a little loud. Our waiter was top notch and we never had to ask for a thing. Great job PB!
The service is really great and our server help a whole lot with ordering and questions about the food.
It is very comfortable there.
The steak knives are great.
The dinner rolls are really good and I like bread a lot.
Always great at the Blue!!!
My entire experience was positive. In fact, in an era where hospitality is forgotten at many dining locations, Pittsburgh Blue still has it figured out. I was cared for from reservation to pulling out of the parking lot. The food was excellent. We all ordered something different from a Steak sandwich to Fish and Chips to Sea Bass. Everything hot, delicious and timely.
Our server, by the way was one of those who took care of your every need before you knew you needed it like filling your coffee without discussion or clearing plates without even being aware she was there. Excellent presence and floor awareness without being the focus of our visit (which was food and business.)
Thank you Pittsburgh Blue. Happy to say I'm coming back.
Server wasn’t great. Had to ask for Diet Coke refills. Walleye didn’t taste great like it normally does. The bread tasted stale.
Great service, and great food. We never felt rushed, and they were very accommodating to our toddler, which we worried about!
I found the service to be extremely slow & waitress took forever to bring refills & forgot things we asked for
Clancy was the best server. Friendly, funny, and made sure our experience was enjoyable!
Great food and service
Excellent evening !!
Have visited this Pittsburgh Blue numerous times since it opened it it is consistently good! From the host/hostess to the servers the service is always sharp! Food is always consistent and good! They make the best martinis in town and don't scrimp with tiny martini glasses like so many other restaurants! Only complaint is the added charge to the customers that is supposed to go to their employees health plans. Nine out of 10 people I discuss this with are 100% against this and, most of them, show it with a much lower tip. In addition, out of principle, many people lessen their visits at restaurants that add this charge! One other suggestion, PB needs to do a better job with entree specials rather than throw out large slabs of meat for $60 - $70! Last but not least, better and more wine by the glass selections!
