My employer dined here with his family for his birthday. He shared that it was relatively quiet for a Monday night. Service was good except for a small mix-up regarding the time of one dish. He shared that the food was delicious, however, there were many options for children (10 and under). He recommends the scallops and the branzino! His guest recommends that you steer away from the key lime pie.

We had a wonderful experience at Pithari, celebrating a friend's birthday. The meal began with tomato shooters - small glasses of cold tomato basil bisque with croutons on top. It was delicious. We ordered our drinks and found out that we could get a fun candy smoke bubble on top (it comes on the cosmo, but they can try to add it to any of the drinks if you just ask). We sampled quite a bit of the menu, ordering 3 appetizers, 4 entrees, and 4 desserts and sharing it all, and everything we tasted was phenomenal.

Food was very good and cooked as requested. Service was prompt, friendly and professional. Portions were generous and a good value for the money. The entree selection could stand to be expanded a bit. However, the wine list desperately needs to be revamped. Almost everything was from California and the selection/variety was very limited. That said the prices were excellent for the wines by the glass. Why do you require a credit card when making a reservation for an average Friday night? Typically, this is reserved for holidays like NYE, Easter, Mother's Day, etc.

Such a beautiful concept - food and drink was 10 out of 10 and the tomato-based shooter - O M G. Can’t even describe it . So good

The bartender was excellent very professional very friendly awesome espresso martini the waitress was very good and explaining what was on the menu fish may have been just a little overcooked, but not dry. Calamari was a little tough and a little too breaded. Everything else was outstanding. Good mix of people in the restaurant nice upgrade for Middletown, Delaware.

Food was excellent and served surprisingly quickly, staff was wonderful, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. 10 out of 10 would recommend, we plan to come back!
