The waitress wasn’t very friendly and the food was just ok. Wouldn’t go back.
The cuisine, service & atmosphere were all exceptional! We each had black & white truffle specials. My entree was a risotto with white truffle shavings. WOW!
Delicious meal, good service. Wine selection by glass good.
I met a friend for dinner and we ended up sitting at the bar for happy hour. The bartender was great, fun and shared some good recommendations! Love the burger, Sea Bass special as well as Blue cheese truffle fries and wine by the glass options. The staff are warm and professional!
Pistache was abit off their game this night but never disappoints.
Nice restaurant, good food. Fun for lunch.
Classic French bistro that always hits the mark.Great food , good pricing, great ambiance. Tough parking unless you know about the garage on the street behind the restaurant. Specials always great!
Our family go to Sunday brunch place when in town. Very good eggs benedict and mahi dinners. Pitchers of mimosas, Jazz quartet on Sundays.
Really good food and the waiter was great. Great ambiance too.
Actually Pistache is the ONLY reason I would go near Clematis (other than Pioneer Linens). Parking for both is around the corner albeit a seedy alley-type street. I GREW UP GOING TO Clematis in the 50's when it was lovely...it's a train wreck now with bars everywhere. Hopefully I can keep going to Pistache after the City Council decides to disrupt all the businesses yet again with their latest idiotic plan.
Brunch, lunch or dinner, always deliciously consistent.
This restaurant was a gem with a lively yet classy jazz band for Saturday morning brunch. The service staff was lovely and the food delightful.
Very good food and drinks. The front staff and hostess were most helpful and wanted to make sure that we had a great time. We ate at 7:30 so the place was very busy, so realistically our server provided the best service he could. Next time we will go earlier and I am sure the table server will be better
Absolutely delicious. A true French bistro with some of the most delicious French onion soup there is. And the Coq au Vin that is to die for. Service was terrific without being rushed. Will definitely be returning.
Great food, great ambiance! We love sitting on the outdoor patio at this restaurant. Every meal we’ve had here has been exceptional and the service is always great as well
very authentic french bistro. although not missed, waitress did not bring or offer bread basket.
Great spot in a very cool neighborhood. We’ve been there for lunch and dinner and it was terrific.
Was great food service manager and waiter food was great
Nice little bistro. Gives the feeling of being in a French cafe. Salmon and duck were both delicious
Bad experience, The waitress was terrible ,Leaving us hanging . She would disappear every 29 minutes then come back .It so bad that the host came and took our order and brought the meals ,Something was off. My venison was good , my friends steaks special was fatty. Our dinner took two and a half hours .they could have brought us a drink or even an apology This waitress would be perfect at a Starbucks short orders for a short memory. Very uneven service service, ok food. Pity
The grilled salmon on bed of ratatouille was incredibly delicious. Others entree items
looked and smelled great as well. Try the crepes suzette or profiteroles for dessert.
We came for brunch to both eat and for the Jazz.
We enjoyed both the smoked saimon platter on with were four slices of salmon , a triangle of cream cheese, capers, chopped egg, onion , arugula and a toasted mini bagel . The second order was chicken and waffles . The waffle had a poached egg on top and was served with Dijon maple syrup that had a kick to it. A side order of duck sausage patty was wonderfully seasoned.
Both entrees were plated well and tasted even better.
For dessert, we shared the warm apple cake with caramel icecream. Nice contrast of warm and cold.
Although music could be heard from where we sat, we will sit closer to the bar next year.
We wanted to sit outside but they allow people to smoke outside. So, we had to come inside. Tiny bistro tables. Our server was great. I ordered the steak & frites. We have been to Paris and love them there. This claiming to be a French restaurant, we expected better than we got. The frites were so fried we couldn't get them on our fork without them breaking off. No flavor. The steak had a delicious flavor the first few bites and then it just wasn't good. Chewy. The onion soup was very good. The lentil salad was not. We won't be back. Oh, the basket of french bread was absolutely wonderful!
Pistache was very accommodating for Madame Brazeau’s 75th Birthday celebration on 02:23/18! Everything from the reception with all requests achieved, to the excellent service and fantastic food... no room for anything but compliments!! Thank you for making a very special family gathering for our family matriarch so warm and welcoming. Merci Beaucoup!
Continues to serve excellent food with great service. Good champagne and wine list too.
You can't beat Pistache for outside dining on a beautiful Florida night! I love that the seating, edged with a quaint black rod-iron railing, is elevated off the sidewalk. Classy. Inside is humming, while outside quiet conversations with friends from up North are undistracted and downright cozy. Warm crusty bread and creamy butter start the experience of French favorites mixed with healthy options with a twist served with portions that don't overwhelm. My sister even had the Vegetable Plate and deemed it "awesome!" Our female server filled my friend's iced tea 4 times without asking! Service is discreet and never pushy, which makes Pistache one of my Clematis Street go-to favorites. Worth every penny.
As usual, Pistache was a good experience. We had good service and good food; had theater and told our waiter that we had limited amount of time. He was able to facilitate us. We will go back.
it is good. good attentive service for
pre- theater dinner with our friends.
Excellent, as always, both service and food. We tried some small plates this time, as opposed to our usual entrees, and were very pleased . Really never disappointed when we eat here. They know how to run a restaurant.
Great French bistro that consistently does excellent food. We consistently have superb food and my husband and father swear that Pistache does the best burger of any restaurant they know (in the US or the UK); I think the French bread and butter are as close to the "genuine" thing you can get in this country. Delicious! Monday night the service was really bad - we waited 50 minutes for our main courses, no starters - but this is unusual; normally it's very efficient. Pistache can be very noisy, and cold, so I love the tables outside, but you generally need to request one in advance.
A return to dine at Pistache is always a treat.
My Lavendar Martini was full of flavor as was the perfectly grilled steak and the frites that accompanied it. I started with the roasted cauliflower and broccolini. I found that the cauliflower was too spicy hot for me . I ate my husband’s grilled octopus instead . It was seasoned well and had the right amount of crisp
A shared chocolate mousse was a sweet way to end the evening.
The service is always fine and the atmosphere is pleasant
Swordfish was pricey 32$ and not the best cut . Two smaller size pieces properly cooked but somewhat tough .
The Onion Soup is a must. The food was very good, the wait staff professional and friendly. We sat in the back room away from the jazz band and the music level was perfect. The dish was beautiful as well as delicious.
We saw this restaurant on the show “Check Please” so we decided to check it out.
We took the new Brightline train from Ft Lauderdale.
The train ride was fun, the restaurant was great, excellent food and service. We will definitely come back.
I have to say I have never had a bad meal at Pistache. The food is always delicious. Perfect place for lunch or dinner.
Very authentic late 19th Century Bistro decor. Great French cuisine. Lots of interesting dishes to choose from. Very helpful and efficient service even tho it was a very busy Friday night. If you like outdoor dining you can enjoy sitting on a lovely raised patio overlooking the park. Owner is French and owns a wonderful patisserie down the street that serves breakfast and lunch. Needless to say his deserts are to die for. A must visit for the Palm Beaches!
Eat outside, where it’s much quieter. Good food and great service!
The food was very good. Very French bistro atmosphere. Service was so-so. Outside is very nice, inside is very bistro like. Overall enjoyed the evening. Would recommend .
It was great
Valentine's day... So I had a 7:30 reservation and believe it or not I fell asleep at 6. My date texted me at 6:45 and I woke up and called Pistache to tell them I fell asleep and was going to be late... They said it wasn't a problem. Got there about 8... It wasn't a problem... They were busy.. Still honored my reservation. Great food.. Great night. Very happy.
