PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products. It seats 180 people and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in 1920"s Paris. It boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. The restaurant has a feel of "Always been there". It is classic, retro-modern and sophisticated but unpretentious.
The outdoor patio overlooks Centennial Park, the Fountains and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is shaded with overhead awning and seats 30 people in a Riviera-like setting.

Delightful French bistro in downtown WPB. Went for rose all day Saturday brunch and it did not disappoint. The Niçoise salad was so fresh! French onion soup totally on point. We took the Brightline up from Boca so no one had to worry about driving and it is only a 7 min walk from the station. Great experience! Beautiful restaurant too!

Our brunch at Pistache was exceptional. Our server, Ava, was attentive and professional, the food was excellent and so were the mimosas and St. Germain cocktails. We will certainly be returning to Pistache.

Dinner and service was wonderful. We were seated promptly and the server was very attentive. We shared a charcuterie platter, an excellent starter. Then we both decided on the venison loin which was cook to perfection. We ended the meal with the creme brûlée.

Great classic bistro for those who know what a bistro should be. Great for date night. Great for friends. This is my second visit. I’m from NYC and happened to be in West Palm very last-minute with a friend and only for one night. I brought us to Pistache as another friend and I had been recommended to come to Pistache on a previous visit about 8 months ago (review on Yelp). It was not as crowded as it was then (it’s now late Sept and a hurricane is forecast…then it was peak winter for snowbirds). Food is still very, very good. Service is attentive. We were seated inside this time and it was a bit noisier than sitting outside I’d say. It’s a lively vibe. We definitely over did it. I had some heartburn falling asleep later, but then that’s my problem and I don’t regret my supper choices one bit. We had appetizers (including deliciously garlicky escargots, the butter and oil of which was sopped up by all of the delicious bread) and entrees (including pei moules frites and their excellent faroe is. Salmon with ratatouille) and crème brûlée, and a good bottle of wine. We ate and drank every bit. This is definitely my go-to when in town, which is typically once a year. Highly recommend. Definitely make a reservation.

This is one of our favorite spots for social occasions and holidays. The food is consistently excellent, and our waiter was attentive and efficient. However, our experience at the bar was quite odd. The bartender appeared completely distracted and disengaged, despite there being only a few patrons present. The couple next to us spent ten frustrating minutes trying to explain that they had asked for water three times but were still given a different beverage. While he was polite, his indifference was evident. When it was our turn, we encountered the same issues. He didn’t respond to our question about a rosé and seemed to wander off, forgetting what he was supposed to do. Our conversation about the bar bill was confusing, and once again, he drifted off. Ultimately, I had to leave it to the maitre d’ to sort out the situation which he attended to beautifully. We will return again and again but perhaps forgo thee bar when that bartender is on
