Great food, service, and drinks. This place is legit! 🔥
5 year anniversary, and they brought us champagne to celebrate!
Service was extremely slow but food was good. They gave us coffee on the house because they acknowledge how slow the service was, so they are working on it.
Great good. Only drawback is it’s a loud place. But it won’t stop me from returning because the food and service are great.
I absolutely love this restaurant! A friend told me about it and in the last three weeks, I've gone three times. The ceviche is fantastic and you must try the red sangria. It's not the typical sangria, they add their own twist to it with a Peruvian liquor. It's really delicious! The lamb shanks are also a must. So good!! The ambiance is great. It's a 'young-professionals' kind of crowd. The Happy Hour / bar area gets packed, but you can generally find a dinner reservation during prime time if you plan ahead. Highly recommend Pisco y Nazca!
Good food and service. Not for a romantic date. Very loud. Menu has not changed much at all-can be good or bad if you eat here a lot!
The octopus ceviche was very good and so were the clams although the cheese in the later was overpowering the clams. The salmon and lamb entrees were very good. Server gave us a good recommendation on the wine (a nice tempranillo) and was attentive and funny. The desserts were also very good. I will return again.
They had a wonderful seasonal drink - coquito - which was excellent. I am familiar with it from my Puerto Rican background but have never seen it on a menu before - It was so exciting to see. My husband and I had the ceviche sampler, the tostones with braised beef on top, one of each kind of empanada, a shrimp stew and the chaufa blanca saide. I really enjoyed the ceviche sampler - it was nice trying three such different types. The tostones and empanadas were tasty, flavorful and the right sort of crispy. The shrimp stew was also delicious- it had a great under-taste of a yummy seafood stock which I enjoyed. The chaufa blanca was a great side - and it went very well with the shrimp stew!
Extra impressed with the service. My wife and I sat at the bar. Excellent service in general, but then she took a bite of something especially spicy and was in pain. Several staff members jumped to assist, offering water, milk, and sweetened condensed milk. The whole experience could have gone down at that moment but the care provided by the staff both fixed the problem and made the experience better overall. Thanks to all of you.
I’m a big fan of this restaurant (I’ve been there many times), always excellent service. However, yesterday they made me wait 50 minutes for my table. I’m disappointed.
Elmer the manager really took care of us after our table qasnt ready. Had a great meal, and fantastic service. Would highly recommend
The ceviche sampler was very good. The entre's were bland. We had the lambshank (TACU SECO DE CORDERO and its flavors were uneventful, the sauce was even worse. The seafood dish (ARROZ CON MARISCOS) mirrored the lamb. The vegetales salteados lacked flavor wand was also very bland. We did enjoy the brownie desert.
This was our first trip to Pisco. We were very satisfied with the food and service. Our waiter provided excellent recommendations. Glad we chose Pisco for our dining experience.
I can't remember the name from our server, gentleman from Bolivia... best server I have had attend to our table in a long time. Food was really good, as usual.
Small misshap, but being in the service industry, they clearly made up for it. Great service overall. Definitely recommend.
Great service, excellent food and drinks! The red sangria was very tasty and the pisco sours were delicious!
Our server Peggy was fantastic. Super personable and helpful. The food was amazing and the ambiance was great. Didn’t feel intimidating but felt trendy.
Lively with generous portions and a relaxed, yet sophisticated vibe.
Super service, le serveur était vraiment aux petits soins. Le repas vraiment délicieux
The best restaurant in DC hands down!! Food is phenomenal and staff is so friendly and helpful. We had brunch with my friends and were amazed at the quality of food as well as handcrafted drinks. We have decided to celebrate our Christmas eve party here and sales manager Olesia had us all booked and ready to go! Super easy and professional.
We will be telling all of our friends and family about this place. Definitely must visit.
It was delicious. The service was great. Overall 5 stars!
Our favorite restaurant in DC.
We found this restaurant online and really enjoyed our experience. Love to discover a new place without a friend's recommendation. Great service, very good food from appetizers to dessert, and fun drinks. We ordered all Peruvian specialties, drinks and food. Would definitely go back when in the DC area.
Wonderful, delicious, incredible server Angel!
The pork stew was a bit salty. But, the other dishes were pretty good. And, the service from Gerson was phenomenal!
Very good and attentive service.
Food was quite good and had high quality ingredients.
We didn't have food. Went for happy hour. When the waitress learned we were drinking our dinner, she really didn't want to have anything to do with us anymore. I won't go back.
The service was great! The food was awesome. We we will be going back again soon.
Fantastic place for brunch!!! My boyfriend found this place on OpenTable while in DC for a quick 2 day trip. We both did the $30 3 course brunch, and we ended up taking away enough food for another (delicious) meal of leftovers! Every dish was so unique, the restaurant itself is beautiful, and our waiter was particularly awesome! I unfortunately didn't catch his name, but he gave us some great recommendations and explained the dishes so well, everything came out promptly and everyone was super attentive. Thank you for one of the better restaurant experiences we've had in a while!
Taking my mother out for lunch during her visit in town - we were both very pleased with the wonderful flavors and presentation. Decors and vibe were both elegant and lively and service was quite good too. Only challenge: the crowded and open space format makes for a very loud surrounding that renders any intimate and quiet conversation virtually impossible. But defijitely a great culinary destination. Will go back soon!
Great setting and usually crowded at happy hour so call ahead. I prefer sitting at the hightops. Appetizers are awesome and, needless to say, the ceviches are outstanding.
THE BEST FOOD!
The mimosas were flowing, the service was amazing, and every menu selection was a hit!
Absolutely amazing. Maria is a phenomenal server. The brunch menu cant be beat and the food is fantastic!! The chaufa mixto is one of the best I have had and the pork belly appetizer had great depth of flavor.
Love this place, the employees and the food!
Wonderful experience: really delicious fresh food, generous portions, excellent attentive, personalized service. Great mood guaranteed. We were lucky to have Peggy twice as our server. After our return two (or more) weeks later, she remembered our personal preferences and made us feel very welcome and special. Will be coming back.
I loved everything about this place!
