First, the restaurant checked me in as a no-show when I was there eight minutes early and gave them my name. I had a gift card reward from OpenTable to use For $40. (The open table policy when a no-show happens is the funds were taken out of the gift card so I was not able to use it. ) *This was entirely the restaurant’s fault for marking me as a no-show when I was there. And then I had to pay out of my pocket ! It was a miserable experience. We hassled over it for a half an hour in restaurant. And I called the manager and he argued with me. They should’ve reimbursed me since this was entirely their fault. I then spoke to open table Who said that’ no restaurant should ever treat you this way ‘.

Was my first visit to Pisco y Nazca so I relied on the server, Micaela. She provide much needed assistance with recommendation for the meal. The food was very good, even the Pina Colada mocktail was very taste. I will return.

Amazing experience and now one of my favorite restaurants. Eddy and his excellent service. Delicious food. Amazing cocktails. And the best service. Yes once again! Amazing service!

Waiter very friendly and attentive Food wise Ceviche starter lacking several of the stated seafood item, consisted mainly of white fish, no squid, shrimp or octopus or so small could not be detected. But still tasted fine. Mains, I had the chefs special pasta a lo macha which was good but squid rubbery, mussels very good. The other guest had chaufas mixed which was very greasy and again seafood a bit rubbery. Overall pleasant but probably wouldn’t return.

We have been going to Pisco almost since it opened. It has become our favorite “go to” restaurant. The service both at the bar and in dining room is outstanding. Food is fresh, flavorful and never disappoints. Our only criticism is that from the time you walk in until the time you leave there is a constant aroma of sewage. Sometimes it’s worse than others especially toward the end of the evening when the restaurant starts thinning out. Ugh

I expected a little more of deserts; still, food was very authentically Peruvian and absolutely delicious. Ceviches are outstanding.
