Our Server, Maria Jose, made our stay an amazing one. Took time to explain several dishes, and made sure I was really comfortable with my food. I am Diabetic and can’t stand spicy food. She was attentive that my dishes were ok with me, she also recommended certain dishes that we found terrific. This Lady made our dinner a wonderful one. We are definitely returning and specifically asking for her. Thank you Maria Jose!! This old lady has traveled the world and really understands what a good service really means. Pisco and Nazca, thank you for having valued employees.

The waitress was nice but did not ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. Food was ok and I get it was Mother’s Day but food should be consistant.

Mother’s Day Dinner experience was good, but definitely different than what we have experienced in two previous visits to this location. The bright side is the food offerings are always solid and delicious. Our family of 7 enjoyed the starters: croquetas (mixed), empanadas (mixed), and tostones sampler. It was all delicious. Our entrees ranged from chaufa plates (solid), sushi (yummy), anticuchos (delicious), bistec a lo pobre (hearty portion and delicious ) , pezcado a lo macho (delicious and balanced tastes) ; we followed up with chocolate brownie and flans. The food was definitely the highlight of our visit. On a special day like Mother’s Day they were terribly short-staffed and busy. Our drinks took a while and the beer served was warm (server explained they had just restocked bar) without any adjustment in bill. By the time we arrived at 5 pm they had ran out of linen napkins. They offered us a bulk of smaller sized cocktail napkins from bar; we also returned drinking glasses due to dirt-smudges. By the time dessert arrived we still had remnants of dinner plates around table. In the main dining room, the usual clean and pleasant atmosphere was overtaken by empty tables with dirty plates that hadn’t been picked up and larger groups (12+) standing and blocking the paths to the back dining room. My party had two older people requiring accessibility. It was tough to experience less than stellar performance - knowing they can deliver it. Our server did the best she could given the circumstances. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and hope the above feedback is taken into consideration by management group.

Quality of dishes were very poor. Meat was overcooked and spaghetti with horrible flavor. I was told there is not a chef and only amateur cooks. Restaurant was overcrowded for Mother’s Day, and administration did not hire enough workers. Only an additional example, utensils were placed after bringing the first entry, and then, I have to ask for napkins. Not a good experience on an important day.

As always, it was excellent! Very busy on Mother’s Day but they pulled it off and made it great despite the volume. Shout out to our waitress Daniela and also Iris she’s amazing too!
