This was my second time at Pisco. Took my cousin as she loves Peruvian gastronomy. The food was phenomenal, fresh and the coconut lemonade is sooo good and refreshing! Service was great!

Everything was amazing—from the hostesses who kindly adjusted our reservation on a packed Father’s Day, to the food itself. The real standout of the night, though, was our server, Fernando. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely warm service. Fernando made spot-on recommendations, like swapping the regular lemonade for the coconut one (so good!). The trio of ceviches was the highlight—super fresh and beautifully balanced. The pulpo a la brasa was slightly overcooked but still packed with flavor. El Macho de la Casa was rich and tasty, and for dessert, the Rocoto Tartare was outstanding, great textures and unexpected flavor combos. Presentation across the board was on point. Big thanks to the chefs and cooks, every dish was flavorful, creative, and clearly made with care. What truly made our Father’s Day dinner special was Fernando. People often forget how much a great server can elevate a meal or how easily bad service can ruin one. Fernando absolutely made our Father’s Day a great one! We will definitely be back, often! :)

Pisco Peruvian Gastrobar – Lake Nona ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing first visit to Pisco Peruvian Gastrobar in Lake Nona! The atmosphere was lively, and the flavors were incredible. Our waitress made the experience even better with thoughtful recommendations, guiding us through the menu with expert knowledge. Every dish was fresh, vibrant, and full of authentic Peruvian flair. Whether you’re new to Peruvian cuisine or a longtime fan, this spot is definitely worth a visit!
