   We had the calamares fritos, ceviche nikkei, braised duck leg and whole sea bream. The calamari was fresh and came with a yummy aioli, and the tuna ceviche had a good balance of citrus and heat. The braised duck leg was fall-off-the bone tender although we found the risotto to be slightly on the salty side. The sea bream was fresh and tender with a nicely balanced tomato sauce. The garlic rice was a great accompaniment. Our server was attentive and helpful without hovering. Glad we found this gem hidden in an Oakville plaza!

   We recently dined in at Pisac Peruvian Bistro in Oakville, and it was an exceptional experience! We had the lomo saltado and the seco de cordero—both were absolutely delicious. The lomo saltado was tender and flavorful, while the seco de cordero was rich and perfectly spiced. The dishes truly showcased the authentic flavors of Peruvian cuisine. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. Pisac Peruvian Bistro is a must-visit for anyone who loves great food and a fantastic dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

   It is always a pleasure to go there. We look forward to the pisco sours. The food is always terrific and consistent; we have had most of the dishes in the menu. The stew is actually more like a soup but fabulous flavor. We go there a lot! Highly recommend it.

   Food and service was exceptional!! The one factor that took away was I wish there was a blind on the window. I sat facing the window and with the sun streaming in I could only see a silhouette of the people I was dining with. But still enjoyed the food and would go back, maybe in the evening

   Service was excellent. Cocktails were done very well. Everyone enjoyed the calamari appetizer and their entrees . Will be back!

    This was our first visit. Definitely will not be our last. Aroma from the kitchen lingered throughout the restaurant. We could not wait for our taste buds to experience what our nose could smell. The staff is friendly and efficient. The restaurant has a cosy feel, with the capacity of about 50 patrons . All, but one table was occupied. Having said that it felt like we were being catered to privately in our home. Not once did we ever hear others or any noise. They have music in the background which I noticed when we were enjoying our meals and couldn't speak. We each had different entrées . All excellent. I would recommend not getting the same meal as other people in your party...esp if this is your first time. It will be difficult to choose just one based on the aroma in the restaurant and descriptions on the menu. The portions are large enough to share with each other, for different flavours. I can't express how tasty and satisfying our meals were. The price is more than reasonable considering the portions, quality, freshness and service received. Very clean with subtle perfectly placed decor. Definitely stands out. If you're craving some thing new and guaranteed to enjoy it, you can't go wrong by visiting The Oakville or Toronto location. Thank you to the staff for a memorable tasty experience. We love you and the flavours.
