Great find! The wait person advised us on how much to order. We were on a time sensitive schedule and she helped us figure out when to order. The steak skewers were divine, as were the smoky mushrooms and bacon wrapped dates. Well everything was great!

Our server Adam was great - attentive but not obsequious, relaxed but not overly laid back. Food was fabulous, tapas brought out in stages so our table wasn't flooded. Best almond chocolate torte for dessert I have ever tried. Google showed Pintxo at its former 2nd Ave location which was a bit confusing due to the proximity.

This place is great! I took my wife here for her birthday. We went early, which likely explains moderate noise level and great attentive service. We ordered a mix of happy hour and regular menu items. The bacon wrapped dates were amazing, a tapas standard, but the best we've had.

The wine that we had there was also excellent (Spanish)

We visited Pintxo for the "Celebrating the Apple!" event. It was well worth it. We shared the Sous vide monkfish and the Basque seafood stew. The monkfish is very good, but the seafood stew was just exceptional.

Well thought out selection of small plates, decadently prepared and beautifully presented. Attentive service, which is a must for tapas! Perfect for sharing 😊

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! We went to celebrate my mom’s birthday as she loves authentic paella. We were extremely happy with the Valencia paella and back for more. I highly recommend Pinxto.

AWFUL decor, lighting, and plain food.

The lighting in the ladies room is terrible, when you go into the stall and close the door, it's almost pitch black. Therefore you couldn't tell whether it was clean or not. I used 3 layers of toilet seat papers, still can feel the wet spots. Extremely unhygienic.

The lighting above our table is terrible as well, couldn't see any of our food. If the food was amazing, then fine. But the food was so salty and almost didn't have other flavors, again, it annoyed the heck out of us that we couldn't see what was in the salty mess that we were eating.

The original location was super charming, this new spot is a total fail. Whoever designed this place, horrible.

Our party of six, including two vegetarians, visited Pinxto for dinner after the theater. We ordered multiple rounds and in the end I think we had more than half the tapas on offer that day, including asparagus a la plancha, bacon wrapped dates, catalan pasta (stuffed with goat cheese and accompanied by pork shoulder), the cheese plate, choricitos, crab stuffed peppers, enchiladas de carne, octopus leg, patatas bravas, sherried mushrooms, and tortilla espanola. We also had a piece of the dark chocolate torte for dessert. The mushrooms were the blandest and least interesting of these, but with this one mediocre exception, all the dishes were tasty and well prepared with a good variety of flavors and textures. Several stand-outs included the patatas bravas (wouldn't think you could do much to make these stand out, but the sauce is exquisite; we had to have two orders), the lovely crab stuffed peppers, the octopus leg (amazingly tender and delicately smoky; best I have ever tasted) and the torte, which was very dark and luscious indeed. Sangria was pleasant and not over-sweetened, and a sherry flight provided a delicious accompaniment to the end of the meal. Really, all the dishes we had could be standouts at most of the restaurants at which I have eaten. Portion size is small (typical for tapas; don't think of these as entrees) and this is an expensive outing. The acoustics are good for conversation, and we were allowed to sit for a long time, so if you are looking for an evening where company and little bits of fine food are your principal entertainment, this could be a good place -- but be prepared for sticker shock. The nature of the meal is slow, so I recommend after rather than before the theater. Also, while I enjoyed the food tremendously, our vegetarian dining partners were distinctly un-thrilled; even the best patatas bravas and asparagus and cheese don't make much of a meal.

We arrived 30 minutes before our reservation, hoping to sit at the bar while we waited for our seat to open. Instead they were able to seat us right away. The waitress did a great job making us feel welcome. Everything we ate was outstanding. We probably had 10 different dishes, every one outstanding and unique. The experience was as fun as it was delicious. A great way to start the evening!

For the most part it was a good experience, just that the toast was not toasted and the lamb was a bit gamey . But the dates wrapped in bacon was really good and the bread pudding,. The braised octopus was a little salty but it was nice and tender. Would try it again though. Our waitress was really nice and friendly, so was the receptionist.

We dined here for lunch. It was an easy walk from our office on 7th. The menu is as extensive as their dinner menu and has additional lunch specific items. We loved the bean & rice bowl with Spanish peppers & the fried chicken sandwich was incredible! We were in & out quickly with attentive & easy service. This is s great spot, just in the cusp of the Amazon hubbub.

The new location is awesome! Beautifully decorated & beautiful finishes! They were able to keep the intimate & easy vibe from the 2nd Ave location. The service was as delightful & top-notch as it's always been. We loved the new food items (skewers & paella!) and the traditional items were as delicious as always. We're so happy to have pintxo closer to our condo & work. I'm looking forward to bringing colleagues from out of town in for lunch next week. Great work, Pintxo!

Heard about this place because it advertised Spanish restaurant so we decided (my wife is Spanish) to try out the paella. She, being from Valencia, knows paellas pretty well and thought it was a little dry but not bad. The alioli was not alioli but the taste was good.

Went here Friday night for a date. The restaurant wasn't half full. I had requested an outdoor table in my reservation and was seated inside even with 3 outdoor tables open.

The cocktails were very delicious. The crab stuffed peppers and green salad were not good. The paella was good, not anything amazing, but we easily finished the dish. The $6 potato dish was our favorite thing besides the drinks.

The music was a bit loud and didn't match the venue. The service was amateur, had to ask 3 times to get something from the bar and the check was slow to arrive.

I would not be as disappointed if the prices weren't so high. $150 for a nice meal and good service is fair, but most of the food was just alright and the service was bad. I would recommend this place for tasty drinks and happy waiters, but nothing else.

Pintxo was fairly empty when we arrived a bit early for our reservation. It took ~7-10 minutes for a server to come to our table and check in with us. We ordered drinks, patatas bravas, and tortilla espanola to start. Both tapas arrived before the drinks, then my husband's drink arrived, but not mine. The bravas were only somewhat crispy on the outside and mushy on the inside. The tortilla was fine, but not great. Between the poor service and just okay food, we decided to call it a night. When we finally managed to let our server know we were ready to pay, she ran our CC. The bill was unusually high based on our order. Turns out the server charged us for a bottle of wine instead of a glass. This used to be one of our favorite places in Seattle, not anymore.

Hands down best tapas in Seattle. Creative menu but wine list could do with an update, staff could be a bit more attentive and available.

As someone that has lived in Spain, I can say there's nothing quite like ending a long work day with tapas, a tall Estrella Galicia, and great company. Pintxo provided me with an authentic trip down memory lane, with perfectly prepared bites and my favorite beer... on tap!

The food was good, not great. I say this because I'm familiar with Spanish food, because I use to live in Sevilla and Madrid. I know that each region have their own way of preparing some dishes, for example paella or tortilla española. This restaurant had their own way of preparing these dishes which was a disappointment plus not that great! The service was slow. During our meal, we ordered another drink that by the time we got them, we were done eating. Our server seemed like he was on drugs - high on something. It was very noisy that you could hardly hear the person next to you. Also, the tapas/raciones were prepared for 2 people. Pardon me, but tapas are a single serving and raciones are larger portions, usually 3-4 servings.

Overrated. I like salt but most of my dishes were over-salted and the iberico was not melt in the mouth like it should have been. It was not even half full but service was extremely slow, I sat for 10 minutes before I was greeted. I confirmed with my server that plates would come out one at a time but I got slammed all at once with 6 dishes. Worst sangria I've ever had but the el Madrid was excellent.

I've been here a few times and had a good experience, but after they moved to their new location something must have gone wrong. The service was abysmal. It was 30 minutes before we were able to get our drinks! The food took so long to come out that we were grumpy due to being so hungry. To top it off, our waiter was nowhere to be found.

We were there for over an hour and barely any of our food had come out, so we told the waiter to tab us out. We left to go eat at another restaurant.
