The beverage menu features wine, liquor, beer and cider/cidra from Spain, additionally local wine and beer are also readily available and easily paired with Pintxo’s bold and flavorful food. Specializing in Spanish GinTonics and craft cocktails.

Pintxo is good ... very good - dishing out trad. small plates ... patatas bravas, charred Brussels sprouts, pain con tomat, cheese board ... all hitting the mark. The chicken skewers with moorish spices were properly paprika tangy. I was only let down by the octopus about which I’m fanatic ... it wasn’t bad, but not great either. The deserts of chocolate torte & rice pudding were excellent. All in all a very fine meal ... a little pricey for what it was ... & the service was ambiguous.
Great food but service was poor. Waitress didn’t want to discuss menu or make suggestions.
We were looking for a casual, comfortable eatery with an inventive menu of small plates. This place hit the spot. Cuisine is informed by Spanish traditions. I tried two cocktails, both were yum. Super-friendly service.
Great experience at Pintxo! The food was delicious and the service very attentive. It was a little noisy on Friday night but that is to be expected.
Visiting from out of town. Loved the tapas - those bacon-wrapped dates were delicious! Didn’t love the red sangria, as it wasn’t made with fruit. Service was great and it had a nice ambience.
Went in with a group of 12. The staff was very very helpful and super friendly. The food....so good. Just a fun evening for all and and a very reasonable price also.
I can’t say enough about how delicious and how fun the cuisine is. The cocktails are amazing, the vibe is cool, the waitstaff couldn’t be more attentive. It’s a vibrant little gem. Can’t wait to go back!
Good food and great service. Ideal for a date.
Great Tapas! We must have ordered 12 different items on the menu including the grilled octopus (which was brought out looking like leafless tree branches). The clams and sausage in gravy was my favorite!
Great atmosphere and drinks. Very mediocre food that tasted mostly bland and in a few dishes salty.
Good experience. Food was good but some dishes were extremely salty, others needed more seasoning and I like salt.
A great tapas bar and restaurant close to the Cinerama. We love their paella as well as the tortilla, fried peppers, tuna stuffed piquillo pepper, basically everything! Amanda and Corey have a talented kitchen staff, and we would highly recommend after dinner adjourning to the Branchwater back bar for a taste of one of their 200 bourbons.
Food/atmosphere was wonderful! Loved the industrial-chic vibe. Tapas was on par! Our favs: Sangria, Cheese plate (comes with marcona almonds), Spanish Omelette, Albondigas, & the Paella Mixta! Fabulous! Can’t wait to come back❤️.
I’ve always loved this place for the pardon peppers and cocktails but recently had their vegan paella and was blown away. The paella is the only declared vegan on the menu but the servers have always been helpful with other things that either are or can be made vegan. I really loved genuine atmosphere of their old location and was happy to find they had stayed true to it in there new location.
Great food!! Love it!
Every dish was outstanding, both taste and in presentation.
A little bit overpriced for the value, but not bad. If you ever been to Spain and had real tapas you'll be disappointed, otherwise you'll be okay.
Qe had two types of octopus, paella and craft cocktails. Everything was excellent. Above that, its best service in Seattle!
Food was so salty and the service wasn’t great. We tried multiple tapas and all of them were salty
Visiting Seattle and wanted to try something different. Great place! Paella was fantastic and the arroz con leche was one of the best I have ever had! David, our waiter, was very helpful, attentive and helped us with special requests. I would return. Food was really good.
Our server, Chris, was delightful. The small plates we ordered were superb. If we were staying in town another day we would have loved to go back!
The service was great throughout entire meal. We were quickly seated and our drink and food orders were taken soon after we reviewed the menu. We ordered the patatas bravas, sardines in tinned can and mixed paella. Everything was delicious and the portions fed three hungry adults. Can't wait to go back!
A nice space and a good idea, but the food was just ok.
Awesome dinner. Fun experience for a group and easy to make a reservation for a large group at the last minute. Food was excellent.
The service was great which created a really lovely ambiance. I lived in Spain and travel back relatively often so I was excited for the food, sadly it wasn't the best tapas I've ever had. The dishes didn't really feel as though they deserved their price tags. The majority of dishes were all a little off - too much paprika in one, too little salt in the other, etc.. Tapas comes out when ready, but there's normally some kind of sequancing from lighter to heavier so it felt strange to have meatballs, then fish, then cheese, then pan con tomate at the end. Overall though - we had an enjoyable evening.
The service was wonderful, the food was tasty and interesting, and the ambiance was great. We would definitely return to Pintxo!
Food was ordinary and not exciting. The restaurant is huge and was empty. A restaurant by the same name in Seattle used to be excellent and intimate. This is not that place.
We went to celebrate birthdays. Nothing special regarding that even though it was in the reservation. The food was very good. We had the Octopus and both Paella’s. They were both very good. We also had the pasta, melon salad, chicken skewers all which were very good. Service was fine. Items came out when ready which was nice as the paella’s took 30+ minutes. We brought wine from wine tasting earlier in the day. The corkage fee is $18. Place is very casual and overall good!
This place is fantastic! Everything we ordered was great and the staff couldn’t be friendlier!
Excellent drinks (best gin and tonics EVER) food was great - service was awesome!!
Everything was great!! We had both vegetarian and the mixta paella. They were amazing!!! Love this place!!!
Good food, but not amazing. Our server was Wes, service was great. He was very attentive. The food was good. To start we had the pan con tomate, the patatas bravas, and the albondigas. Pan con tomate- very enjoyable. If you don’t like garlic or think even just moderate amount is too much, this dish is not for you. I like garlic so I enjoyed it. Albondigas- my thoughts towards ordering meatballs at restaurants is ehh they’re meatballs, you can do this or that, add this or that to them. But in the end they’re meatballs. But these were very good. Very good flavor, not dry, in a tomato sauce and with grated cheese on top. Patatas bravas- lacking. Seriously lacking. The brava sauce is basically just tomato paste. There are many renditions of brava sauce but typically it’s a nice bright orange, and has cayenne, and/or paprika. This had no flavor except that of tomato paste.
Next we had the Braised octopus and tinned mussels.
Braised octopus- fantastic, would come back for this dish. Very nice portion of octopus. It’s on a bed of crostini, and I believe scallion aioli. But I may be mistaken. Tinned mussels- great presentation. Comes literally in a tin. Like how you would get canned tuna. Very creative. The sauce the dish is cooked in is nice. But the texture of the mussels is just off. Maybe it’s me. I don’t remember reading how it was prepared so that could be my fault. Next and last round of food we had the Gambas Pil Pil, and the steak skewers. Gambas Pil Pil- nice portion, nice to share for up to a 4 top. Cooked in a garlic, red pepper flake (I believe) and a red curry sauce. would definitely come back for this as well. Steak skewers- I personally loved them, they had great flavor with a chimichuri sauce. Cooked to a perfect medium. Perfect for me. BUT my girlfriend would have preferred they be cooked through a little more. And brought up a good point, at time of ordering the servers should request was temp they want the skewers cooked to.
Very good traditional tapas and Spanish food!
Highly recommend the Pan de Tomate and octopus as starters. The meatballs, steak skewers and chicken skewers were great. Try the bacon- wrapped dates- fantastic!!
We didn't love the food and the cocktails were watered down. It was hot and muggy in there too.
Great service and excellent menu of good quality tapas.....it was fairly quiet
Food is always fantastic. Great value for money. Service could be a bit better.
We had reservations at 630p and when we told the host it was our 18th Anniversary, she did not acknowledge this... The restaurant was not very busy, maybe a 1/4-1/3 full and we were seated at a table by large column rather than a window. Our server and the food was okay We decided not to mention our anniversary to our server as the host did seem interested when we had mentioned on arrival. It was not the experience we were hoping for.
We had been here before with friends and at that time enjoyed the food and ambiance. This time just did not meet our expecations.
Our dinner of tapas and red sangria was wonderful! Our favorite dish was the clams with chorizo, but each of the five dishes we tried were delicious and perfectly cooked. Our server was friendly and helpful as well. I wish I lived in Seattle - I would be a regular at Pintxo!
We went with another couple and shared several plates among the four of us. It was wonderful to get to taste so many different flavors at one dinner.
