The beverage menu features wine, liquor, beer and cider/cidra from Spain, additionally local wine and beer are also readily available and easily paired with Pintxo’s bold and flavorful food. Specializing in Spanish GinTonics and craft cocktails.

Excellent meal. Flavorful, surprising, colorful, varied and well-prepared. Service was outstanding and the presentation was top-notch. Authentic, comfortable and welcoming. Had the bar set pretty high for the place as I’ve only heard good things and it was a special night - Pintxo blew us away. Fantastic experience - we will be back!
My husband and I went for dinner on Valentine’s Day. The service was great, the host was super friendly, our waiter took note of our allergies. The food was really good and had lots of variety. I am a vegetarian and had no problem finding plenty to eat. Overall one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I’ve had since moving to Seattle a year ago. I would gladly recommend!
Great tapas and cocktails. Paella had good flavor but was a little soggy
Reminiscent of Madrid
I love Pintxo! Good food that transports me to Spain with great tapas!
Wonderful Tapas bar. Lots of variety of food and drink options. Only complaint, was typical of Seattle...portions were small and cost was high.
I love this place. Yummy tidbits, drinks, and wine. Service is always impeccable. I come here each time I come to Seattle.
Slow service, but the food was excellent. Go there for the bar in the back.
Everything we chose on the menu was delicious. Our favorites were the chorizo, octopus, and bacon wrapped dates! Would love to go again
Went here for my girlfriend’s birthday. It’s a pretty restaurant and the food is REALLY good. I ordered several small plates to share and there wasn’t anything I didn’t love. Our waiter was very nice and patient. A few of the girls bailed super last minute and 2 of the guests were super late. I felt awful that we were tying up the table but the waiter was nice about it. Great experience. I’ll be back for the Brussels sprouts and bacon wrapped dates!!
As always Pintxo's did not disappoint. Great service from Ben, and the rest of the team. Great seafood paella, is worth the wait since it's created fresh per order. I spend quite a bit of time in Spain, and I can honestly say Pintxo's is as authentic as it gets.
Loved the food & service. Everyone was nice an attentive. Our teenagers loved the food as well. Highly recommend!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sergio was very attentive and his recommendations were greatly appreciated. I went to this establishment because of a Groupon, but would continue to go back for the excellent food and atmosphere. The braised octopus was amazing.
Great food, excellent service, chill atmosphere.
Having been to several traditional Spanish restaurants, I give the following reviews:
The wine was MEH at best. Perhaps the bottles are better but the by the glass red and white were off label, bottom shelf wines that hardly harken to usual Spanish stalwart varietals. The house Tempranillo is more of a garnacha/Pinot noir. If you’re looking for a solid Tempranillo, go elsewhere. The albarino was yellow tail.
Tapas: not bad to pretty good. Decent for a date night or a snack at the bar if you’re solo.
Great food. Allergy friendly menu. Drinks are delicious.
Amazing service, amazing food. Pinxos never disappoints.
Great food. Great service.
We had three appetizers, two of which were absolutely terrible. The anchovi crustini was good but the liver pate thing and the croquettes were disgusting. Also the sangria was super watery and super crappy.
Overall a decently good tapas place with an extensive menu that should appeal to varying tastes. My one complaint is that for the price, the seafood paella didn’t have much seafood, especially considering it was for at least two people.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our date night at Pintxo. I had both the red and white sangrias, which were delicious. My husband’s gin and tonic was very refreshing. We had several tapas, all were delicious and perfectly seasoned. We had the tortilla española , the marinated manchego, patatas bravas, bacon wrapped dates, goat cheese toasts, and the mushrooms. I wish we had room for more, but were completely stuffed. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Lovely atmosphere. We’ll be back.
Once again, Pintxo was a delightful experience! We had a large group for a bachelor dinner and it was such a great evening.
I will not return. Mostly because of the value. The food was passable, but for the prices it should be exquisit.
We were charged for 2 dishes not served. The beer was great.
Food was excellent and fairly true to what you would get at a cafe in Madrid or Barcelona. Service was friendly but not overpowering. Will go back for sure.
Outstanding food and service, with so many restaurant choices in Seattle, Pintxo is a MUST!
My wife & I were celebrating our 5 year anniversary, & having just been to Barcelona, we decided to try Pinxto to kinda try & recreate some of our wonderful dining experiences In Spain. Pinxto was pretty good on its own - But it was not fair to compare. There’s nothing like the real deal.
The Mixto Paella was a bit salty but the rest of the experience was great!
Very nice experience the staff were. A + they were there helping us exactly the right time all night.
Every dish we had was outstanding; highlights were the goat cheese toasts, patatas bravas, manchego cheese and garlic shrimp! Service was on point as well!
Authentic dinner with very tasty pintxos. A hot Spot...
Wonderful space, slightly disappointing food. Had the special for the day (fried calamari) and it was very overcooked. Shared the paella for entrees and it was lacking in flavour.
We were both very ill the next day after eating here
Was excellent food, perfect portions. Service was wonderful. We were checked consistently but they never hovered.
Couldn’t have been happier.
Really great food. Very impressed with the staff who went out of their way to accommodate many good allergies with ease
The food was delicious! It was casually but artfully presented. We loved the bacon wrapped dates with goat cheese. The marinated manchego cheese was also delicious. Our friendly waiter, David, suggested 4-5 dishes for two people, with the meat counting as two. We followed his advice and discovered that with the meat, three additional dishes were more than enough. Gluten-free items were also presented on the menu; additionally, the chef agreed to another creative vegetable accompaniment in place of the couscous.
In terms of atmosphere, it was hip. The bar had a colorful modern take on stained glass, which complimented the casual wood tables. It was a comfortable place to eat on a rainy night.
We went to Pinxto to celebrate my birthday and it was a great experience. There are lots of great food options - all of which are delicious. I love their sangria. We will be back!
Long wait for the paella, and the rice was undercooked. Our server was fantastic, and we liked the atmosphere. The paella was just a bit underwhelming.
We found ourselves arriving just before the massive thunder and lightening storm. We were seated at a table right next to the window, perfect to watch the incredible rain pour down and lightening flash by. It felt cozy, romantic and a little thrilled sitting there watching the light show. We hung at the bar for a few while out table was getting ready. The bartender was easy to connect with and made a El Madre drink for me. When we were seated, we enjoyed the seafood paella (to die for) and the chicken dish (double die for). Those two dishes were PLENTY to fill our appetites as we sips on some cocktails. While the hostess had this incredible energy about her, our waitress wasn't attentive at all and just blah all the way around. I give people the benefit of the doubt - bad day maybe? Kinda of disappointing, however it didn't bother us as much as it normally would because everything else was pristinely perfect. After dinner we headed next store (didn't even have to walk outside) to lounge attached and found the comfiest couch and took a seat for the next hours enjoy some bourbon and our favorite early 2000's hip hop & r&b music. Hadn't heard Coolie High for a minute. Overall, we have a super enjoyable evening!
I really enjoyed this restaurant. The Paella was amazing. Great value for two people too.
plates and wine were overpriced, waiter did not have good recommendations. liked the ambiance but would not take anyone back here, as the food was not good and service only a bit above average. Try another place for tapas and save your money.
