   Service and food are wonderful. The reception desk is confused and dependent on computers. We had to fight to get a dining room table despite our reservation.

   Food was quite good but service horrible. Initially our Open Table reservation wasn’t acknowledged or honored, only after involving a manager did we get seated. We waited nearly 10 minutes with food on the table before utensils and napkins were brought to us. Server was inattentive

   This review is 80% for Pinstripes and 20% for Open Table due to lack of communication. I made a reservation for 6pm for 3 people with no problem. At about 4:30 we invited a 4th person, so I opened the Open Table app to modify my reservation and couldn't. At that point I started calling the restaurant directly. I called at least 10 times for an hour and no one answered and all voicemail boxes were full. I attempted the Open Table app a few more times as well. The 4 of us headed over for our confirmed reservation and I figured I could have time to chat and explain 4 people instead of 3. You can hear the music and feel the bass of the music in the mall parking lot. We get to the door and we were blocked from entering by a security guard who informed us, rudely, that Pinstripes was closed for a private event. Complete waste of time.

   I made reservations a week in advance for a friends birthday on open table , got a text to confirm and also an email. Showed up on Sunday to find out the were closed for a private event even though I had a reservation . Pin stripes said open table should have notified me, this is the second time I have made reservations on open table and when I got to the restaurant there was an issue.

   Great service, good and experience. Upstairs bathroom should have a changing table though.

   Love, Love, Love this place. Always good food and great service. A gem for Garden State Plaza.

   This was our second time back at this place. We had a good experience the first time we were here a few months ago. However, this time, it’s different! First off, I made the reservation via opentable about a week ahead. We got the confirmation from them that the reservation was set. Upon check in, they made sone excuse that they can’t find the reservation from opentable, and that we have to be placed in the walk-in list. As a consequence, on table was ready. Second, the breakfast buffet items, still had 95% of the same menu, from the last time we were here. The only new item was the omelette station. Food was good, but i was expecting more variety at this time.

   There was no information on OpenTable that it was brunch buffet only, and had I known that I would’ve made different reservations. The brunch is not worth the $35 fee. The dishes were not well seasoned and left a lot to be desired. I will not return for the brunch, but I will try regular restaurant food at least once before I write the restaurant off altogether.

    Excellent! Nothing bad to say - Everyone was great - the food was outstanding. The people were all helpful. Thank you all and highly recommend.
