Everything was great as always! I do wish they had gluten free alternatives to things like crackers for appetizers. Almost all entrees were GF though.

Great service presentation was wonderful extensive wine list we let our server pick a bottle of wine for us which was excellent (1/2 price wine on Mondays), would definitely go back on my next visit to Wilmington great location one block from riverfront

It was a wonderful dining experience, as usual. One of my favorite restaurants in downtown Wilmington. You can never go wrong dining there.

Great Thanksgiving dinner but a bit rushed. Just as we were having our before dinner cocktail, the salad arrived and minutes later the entire meal. We asked that they take it back and keep warm and were told no worries, it would just go to another table that was ready. When we were ready for it, It was served without serving utensils. We also needed to track down our waitress to order wine. I'm sure it was difficult to find wait staff on a holiday but the owner needs to find more people in future years.

Wonderful Thanksgiving dining experience . Loved the family style , take leftovers home idea! All the food was tasty and nicely presented. Overall a great way to eat on Thanksgiving.

Went for the Thanksgiving dinner for the second straight year. It operates with ruthless efficiency and takes away all the hassle of having to prepare a holiday meal. The food rolls out as soon as you are seated and there is so much food. The only downside is that it’s hard to fit everything on the small tables but easy to overcome with a little plate Tetris.

Truly delicious food prepared in an innovative take on Southern tradition. We went early (12:30) and had prompt service. We had an enjoyable conversation with the owner. Be advised that this restaurant has a dark, bar-driven ambience. There are 2 tables by windows; that’s it in terms of natural light & brightness. The food was exceptional . We missed having a slice of pie for dessert. The only dessert option was an apple cake, which was delicious. We thought the price was high. Last year we did the Biltmore for less $ & had lots more choices. That being said, PinPoint was good.

Our first Thanksgiving dinner here and it won’t be the last. Food was delicious. The interior was somewhat dark but cozy. Noise level was fine minus the slightly loud music (we were sitting next to a speaker) but good selection. Suggestions: include a glass of wine in the price as well as a couple selections of pie (pumpkin would be perfect). The amount of food was perfect (with leftovers, thank you very much!)

Excellent service! Good server knowledge of menu, appetizers were outstanding! The beef tartar was creamy and yet had multiple layers of flavor. The bao buns with fried oysters was a taste sensation with the soft pillow buns and crispy briney oyster. The grouper had an excellent crispy crust, unfortunately the fish was slightly dry. But the vegetables were a pure joy to add to the fish.

Our dinner and service started well until our entrees were delivered to the table next to us from the staff in the kitchen. We could hear the conversation and the guy stated he did not order that. A few minutes passed and then a server removed the plates and went back to the kitchen. A moment later, they were brought to us. My wife immediately said that was the food you brought to them and the staff said yes. “Do you want us to replate? Don’t feel bad about it because this is a nice restaurant.” My wife said yes and told our server that it was very disappointing to have to be asked those questions after a mistake was made from a high quality dining restaurant. This needs to be addressed as food placed on someone’s table should not be served to someone else.

We drove all the way from Charlotte area to go to the restaurant and it was a bust. We ordered the “Pickles” appetizer and it was a plate of beige vegetables that tasted like it was leftover prep scraps they pickled (corn, old radish, celery root, etc). The curry dish had little to no curry and the rice was so dry. The homemade pappardelle was decent but the dish was under-salted and didn’t have a lot of depth. The server claimed the oysters are rated the best in the country. They were nothing special and were at room temperature vs being chilled. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for truly solid cuisine. I do highly recommend Tortilleria y Taqueria on 419 South College Road. Their quesa birria tacos are incredible and the restaurant and service is a 1,000 times better than this joint. Don’t waste your time. It’s not worth your money or time.

I don’t think I would recommend this restaurant. the prices were very high and the amount of food was very little, service was less than acceptable. They also charge more for credit cards and sharing

There's nothing I despise more than getting catfished by over-priced, bland food. My expectations were appropriate; I wasn't expecting a Michelin star experience. However, everything from the cocktails to the entrees were bland. If you want to spend $350 on amazing service with inedible food, this is the place for you.

This was my first visit to PinPoint and I was not disappointed. It all started with my reservation. There were six of us and I requested a round table so we could all talk to each other. Many time's I feel that my special requests are ignored - not this time! We were seated in the middle of the restaurant at a round table and the hostess acknowledged my request. Then our server (Devon) was on point with waters, drink orders and was very knowledgeable about the menu and the food offerings, in addition to being friendly and making us feel at home and important. The food was excellent and came out hot. We were all served together which seems to be a lost art in the restaurant business these days. I highly recommend PinPoint.
