All of the seafood was fresh and delicious
Amazing happy hour
After we shared small plates as well which were also delicious
Such a pretty place
I was really looking forward to eating there. Previous visits have been very good. The food was not up to the standards I have appreciated in my previous visits. Also, It appeared the server forgot to put in part of the order. Ruined the experience.
Service was great, but dishes and glasses were not properly cleaned and second appetizer arrived with a hair (I’m bald!) visible under their poor lighting. Waited for a new dish but nothing comped to Would not recommend due to sanitary conditions vs what you’re paying for. Also, despite sanitary concerns wine was mediocre at best and $50+/btl
Awesome service & Food, bathroom could use an update and good cleaning!
Exceptional food, service and ambience. Depending on time of reservation, and who you are seated next to, watch out for noise level!
Food was very good. Had the Miso Cod, which was delicious!! I think this is one of the few times we have dined here not during Happy Hour, they have the best food options for HH. Will be back again.
This was my first visit to Pinefish for brunch, but it will not be my last. Also plan to come back to check out their happy hour & dinner. Great service and menu!
Great brunch! Really enjoyed the meal, wouldn't have known without seeing an ad on instagram.
Very sweet place for dinner. Food excellent. We had a delicious new wine. The waiter was very helpful and knowable. The desert was not fantastic but it was good. The slice of a tree tabletops are beautiful but a little bowed which caused a problem. My oblong plate which looked beautiful with the food didn't sit flat on the table so the plate rocked back and forth whenever I used a knife and fork. Also the restaurant was fairly empty but we were seated right against another couple which made conversation a little awkward. We will definitely go back. The food was worth. Chandeliers are fab!
The most creatively flavored seafood dishes I’ve ever tasted! And a dessert menu of items made fresh and fabulously in the house.
First i wasn’t aware of the other dining room on the other side of the restaurant! Awesome. My friends trickled in but that’s ok, our server was accommodating and understanding and we ordered a ton of apps and shared until our party has fully arrived.
The star of the show was the trout croquettes!!! I ordered at least 3 servings of them !! They are the best I’ve ever had !! Through out happy hour which is 4:30 -6:30 contains all seafood - from $1 oysters , clams, crab balls (not $1) etc... The entire menu is well thought out and consistently delish!
Went for our anniversary. Love love love. Excellent seafood choice!
The happy hour deals and good were great! I would definitely recommend the crab balls! The regular dishes are a bit overpriced and the scallops were extremely salty.
The server seemed really annoyed most of the night. Also, the food was very bland and very small portions. I guess that’s because of restaurant week. Overall, seems like a place to go for happy hour only.
One good scallop dish the rest were ok as were the drinks. service took forever we started at 615 and they had to rush out the rest of our food at the end and we had to eat quickly as we had to be at the theater at 8 and were 10 minutes late.
Portions are way to small. I was still hungry when i left.
Great vibe! Great food!
We were drawn in by the "Friends with Benedicts" sign, and are glad we went! They are now open for brunch on Saturday (which is not reflected currently on google). My husband had a very reasonably priced $5 Bloody Mary and the Scallop Benedict. I had some Earl Grey and the Lobster Benedict with fruit. Wow! It was beyond delicious - the fruit salad was made with golden raisins, strawberries, and a whole melange of fruit. The benedicts were delicious and filling. Our waitress was very knowledgable and helpful, which was appreciated as first-time customers. We highly recommend Pinefish and can't wait to be back.
Very small space to close to each table, fried califlower was very greesy
Tried this restaurant during Restaurant Week and was quite impressed. Although somewhat small, the ambience was fun and the food was very good. The bartender was super friendly and attentive although it was a busy time (final Friday of Restaurant Week at prime time). Will definitely return to this restaurant. It was a bit difficult to find but is right across from Mixto.
Me and my girlfriend came down for Restaurant week.. The atmosphere was great and the food was good!!
Simply Great food, service and ambulance this was one of the best experience
Environment was great. Server was very nice. Food a little too salty for my taste.
It’s was very good.... will be back for more!!
Food was good. Steak was over cooked but other than that, good vibe.
Plainly stated, food was terrible. My steak was over cooked and my lobster tasted like steak. The seasonings they used were very bold and overpowering of the actually flavor of the meat and seafood. I’m happy I went for restaurant week to experience but I will never return.
The surf and turf was very good! The oysters on the half shell was very fresh! And, our server was very helpful! Great Ambience!
The best food/dinner I be had in a long time, thank you pinefish
We went for restaurant week so it was not there normal menu but I had the founder with crab imperial and my founder was raw on the inside. On a good note there drinks were very good!
very cold in front half...lobster was rubbery...the carrot cake was great....a larger piece please
I ate at Pinefish for resturant week. My daughter enjoyed her stuffed flounder. The lobster bisque was satisfying. I was disappointed with the chocolate cake because of taste and its cold temperature. My daughter felt the same about her carrot cake. I would return to try a different dish.
we were seated without menus and waited 15 minutes for them. we waited for our waitress for 20 minutes to approach our table. 10 minutes for our drinks and during the 3 course meal we waited considerably for our next courses. my fish was raw when I received it and by then, I was ready to go and not be offered something else
We went for restaurant week, they were clearly busy as it was a weekend night. It took nearly 30 minutes for our drink order to come out and about 45 for our soup to show up. The waitress was apologetic and comped our drinks which was nice of her. We both had the lobster bisque and crab stuffed flounder both of which were underwhelming and bland. The highlight of the meal was dessert, the key lime trifle and carrot cake were both a delight. Wish we had a better experience.
This restaurant missed the mark in multiple ways during our trip there during restaurant week. We were able to get a reservation same day, however, we weren't greeted by a waitress for about 15 minutes once seated. Our drinks took another 15 minutes, although we watched other tables get faster service. There was one waitress working the entire room. She forgot to bring my boyfriends drink entirely. Our soup came out on the colder side and the entree was just okay. The dessert was terrible. We were there for two hours and not once were we asked how we were doing or offered a water refill. My boyfriend asked to speak to the manager and the hostess told us the manager was not available but thanked us for our feedback. It would have been nice to have received some type of discount for the poor service we received. Will not return.
I really liked the atmosphere and our waitress was friendly and helpful, even during the rush of resteraubt week
Adorable place to go for an amazing brunch! I had the lobster eggs Benedict, it was unbelievable. My husband enjoyed the gourmet pancakes as well. My only complaint was the wait staff wasn’t very personable, and didn’t check on us much for it being such a small joint. It didn’t feel crowded for a small space and had great ambiance
Slow service. Small portions.
After reading mixed reviews on Yelp about their Restaurant Week menu, I was worried if I had picked the right restaurant to try out this year...However, I am glad we didn’t change our mind. The first thing that caught my eye was the interior design of the restaurant. I love love the hanging lights in the backroom, gave the dining area a very chilled but also classy vibe.
The food was also delicious! My boyfriend and I both started with the lobster bisque, which had a decent amount of lobster meat. Surprisingly, it actually tasted better than the one we had in Maine. The stuffed flounder was so-so...I think i enjoyed the fried cauliflower that it came with more. My boyfriend got the surf and turf which he finished without any complaints. We also ordered the duckfat fries that wasn’t on the restaurant week menu. It was really good, not soggy like other places. We ended the dinner with carrot cake and chocolate cake, both which tasted great but being a dark chocolate lover, I think the chocolate cake tasted alittle better! ;)
Thanks Pine Fish for the delicious dinner and wonderful date night!
Service was slooooow. Food came out lukewarm. Drinks weren’t good and barely had any alcohol in them (despite paying for premium alcohol). Drafty.
