It was a nice vibe and the service was decent but I definitely won’t be returning. This is supposed to be a Cuban restaurant but it was extremely disappointing. Worst mojito I’ve ever had, food was super bland. Not good at all 🫤

Delicious food and great service. Loved the avocado salad and the shrimp. Only problem was that the air conditioning was freezing and blowing right down on our table. They corrected the situation after we asked.

Very small menu with no veg options (salad does not count). The quality of food was not worth the price. My drink was half the amount (the glass wasn’t full) when served. Overall- overpriced & not worth the money.

Campfire Old Fashion!!! I had the Lechon Asado, the pulled pork was nicely seasoned and the beans, rice and plantains complemented it so well. My food with my drink was matched perfectly.

I have been to Pineapple Ink Tavern twice now. The first time I was highly disappointed because the service was beyond slow and the Churrasco that I ordered was undercooked. We asked for multiple things (silverware, straw, drink order) and the waitress kept forgetting. It was a poor experience. I went again today and the service was slow and the food came out slow again. It was not busy at so we didnt quite get what the hold up was. The food overall was good. You get a lot of food for your money. The empanadas were absolutely delicious. Not sure if I will be back.

Wish we would have liked but want be back. The 2 hostess were super nice and welcoming. Our waitress was nice and gentleman that came out from kitchen was also nice, but the wait for food was entirely way to long. I got the biscuits and gravy with the scrambled eggs. The eggs, gravy and inside of biscuits were delish and moist but the outside of biscuit was like a Rock. I would have sent back but as long as it took to get I didn’t want to wait any longer especially with my 2 friends so ready to eat also. I ordered the OJ. I thought $5 when I saw bill was to much also for one small glass especially when it was gone after waiting on food over an hour. The noise level in the restaurant was horrible. Might be a good idea not to stuff so many people at bar and so many tables in.

Food and service above excellent! Ambiance was troubling because of the noise level. Seated at a table with two our precious friends, and literally having to shout to be heard above the bar noise. Please look at ways to fix this. It is a real detriment for a really great restaurant.

Pineapple Ink Tavern was a fantastic venue. The Watermelon salad was the best and there was a fantastic and fun vibe in the tavern. There was a great view of Broad street in downtown Augusta. The server was knowledgeable and very responsive. Finally, the key lime pie was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Phenomenal food and ambience! I loved the experience. This speak easy was a perfect place to celebrate my moms birthday! The food, drinks and appetizers were great. Special shout-out to our waiter Nicole she was really attentive and helpful with a great personality. Juan did a great job making us feel welcomed, as well as Ryan at the bar and Esther!! From the moment we entered we were greeted with smiles. If you have a chance to stop in Augusta go here! Great Cuban food.

First time at Pineapple Ink Tavern and I was amazed. We went for brunch and it was amazing. The biscuits and gravy was the best I’ve ever tasted and they totally nailed the shrimp and grits. I wish they would open their brunch menu to an every day menu. The meals were great and the portions were huge. Dare I say I found my new Sunday brunch spot!

Extremely loud. If you want to talk you will need to shout. Or just shut up and eat. No conversation possible even across the table. On the other hand food is fantastic. Churros to die for! Will continue to order to go, can’t pass that food. Skirt steak and paella were delicious!

We were impressed with Pineapple Ink Tavern. The food is hearty and flavorful. Our reservation was for 7:00 on Saturday night. The restaurant was full and noisy. We were warned that our orders would take some time due to the crowd. We ordered drinks prior to ordering and it took about 20 minutes to receive those, which we found to be too long. It was hard to have a conversation due to the noise and we joked that we would send texts to communicate. The restaurant remained at capacity throughout our time, so it is a very popular spot. Just prepare to wait and tolerate the noise. We will return.

Dinner was wonderful. The staff were helpful with recommendations and accommodating of requests. Everything we ordered was delicious. The only downside is that parking is a little challenging downtown so be sure to allow time to find a spot. It’s well worth it though.

We had a bloody maria and an order of biscuits while we waited for our food. Both were terrific. The biscuits are huge and wonderful with honey butter. The staff were very attentive and they let us know up front that we'd have to wait a bit for our food. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. The wait was not as along as we thought and the food was super!! Will definitely return:)
