My first visit was an enjoyable one. Service was excellent. Seated right away. Chips and salsa right away. Server follow up was excellent. Enjoyed the meal. Ordered a take home at the time of the order; they remembered and delivered it with the check.

the food had no flaver. the beans and salsa were watery, the the chimicunkas were made from frozen grocery store food. flaverless. the worst mexican i have ever had. the beef in the tostadas and chimicunkS was not beef, i dont know what it was,but it was terrible

They didn’t even know we did the reservation. Once finally seated, waited over 15 minutes for water and the server to say hi. The place wasn’t even 1/2 full. Food was cold. It was hard getting refills of water and soda.

First time I went the service was great and the food was great. On this 2nd trip the service was slow and while not rude, not great. It took over 1/2 hour to get the food, no apology, thanks for waiting or any acknowledgement. Had to ask multiple times for a to go box, silver ware and server responded with a yes I'm getting it, after 2nd request.

Arrived at 11:55am for 12:00pm reservation. Upon arriving we were told that they did not except reservations through open table and we were made to wait. Disappointment.

We were seated immediately and served drinks within minutes. Place was quiet and clean. Food was exceptional. Our waiter made suggestions for certain plates that we had no idea what they were and it was all delicious. Definitely going back!

The Pineapple Cafe is the perfect small dining spot for Oak Creek. It is very convenient on the northeast corner of Howell and Drexel Avenues. Very extensive menu with many delicious options. We dined there for breakfast but would do any meal. There is even a children's menu with 11 choices. Service was friendly and efficient.

Visiting from out of town. Looked on Trip Advisor for a suggestion. Was not disappointed. My wife and I both had typical Mexican fare (tacos, burritos, enchiladas) and of course happy hour margaritas. The only negative was the small size of the margaritas. Other than that, we'd go there again when in town and looking for mexican.

We decided to go based on previous evaluations, but we were extremely disappointed. The restaurant is shabby: The chair seats are dirty, as is the carpet. Even the menus are sticky and coming apart. The food was a bit salty and just okay.
