I cannot recommend this restaurant any higher! It was an amazing experience. The management came by and answered any questions and told us about the dishes. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. The portions were a great size and nothing felt “heavy” that’s a true testament to high quality ingredients. This will be a staple for every Vegas trip.

We enjoy a dinner about once a week at Pine Bistro. The ambience is beautiful, it's very calming and pleasant in this restaurant. The service is excellent and everyone is very accommodating. We always start out with the Lebanese cheese rolls and hummus with fresh baked pita bread. We tried the salmon this time and it was superb. As always, the Chicken Skewers hit the spot.

Outstanding Mediterranean Experience at Pine Bistro We had an exceptional dinner at Pine Bistro in Las Vegas. From start to finish, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We started with the hummus and fresh pita, which was some of the best we’ve had anywhere—silky smooth, bright with lemon, and paired perfectly with warm, pita bread. The stuffed grape leaves were tender and delicately seasoned. One of the highlights was the Red Snapper Carpaccio—paper-thin slices of fresh fish dressed simply to let the clean lemon and olive oil flavor shine. Used the pita to soak up the extra zesty sauce from the snapper. For our main course, we ordered the beef & lamb shawarma plate and grilled octopus. The meat was juicy, richly spiced, and generously portioned. The grilled octopus was another standout: charred on the outside, tender inside. Everything about the meal showed care and attention to detail, from the seasoning to the plating. The service was warm and attentive without feeling rushed, and the atmosphere struck a nice balance between casual and upscale. If you love Mediterranean cuisine—or just appreciate fresh, expertly prepared food—Pine Bistro is a must-try. We will return!

We normally love coming here, it’s hard to find good Lebanese food in town. The past few times we have been the service is amazing, and the food is delicious. My dad wanted to come here for Father’s Day. They were so short staffed, only 2-3 servers and 1 cook. We were told 3 different times that they were either out of something or they don’t serve it anymore. If you don’t serve it anymore, please remove it off the menu or tell your customers when greeting them. Because there was only one chef, the food wait time was insanely long even though the restaurant was not busy. The mixed grill plate is normally a favorite, but this time steak and chicken pieces were tiny and there were maybe 5 pieces of small veggies on the plate. We ordered a salad which was never brought to the table until after we already finished our food AND our plates/silverware were already taken away. Very surprising and disappointing experience this time around

Pine Bistro has great ambiance, service, and excellent food. The portions are generous and the mixed cocktails are creative and delicious. Highly recommend if you are looking for an evening of conversation in the dining area or drinks at the bar.

Would highly recommend Pine Bistro, if you enjoy excellent food, great service and a beautiful dining experience where you can enjoy conversation as well. The presentation was beautiful and we had such a nice evening with our family in town. It’s a hidden Gem in Southern Highlands community!

The midweek tasting menu is fabulous, and a great value! We have dined at Pine Bistro many times. The service is great, served with delicious Mediterranean fare, makes it a win all around. We look forward to going back. Weekdays are better as it is popular on weekends.
