Pinchy’s seafood restaurant and champagne bar is a seaside oasis in the heart of Melbourne. Inviting our guests to experience typically indulgent delectables such as lobster rolls, our new Wagyu beef burger with smoked crispy tuna bacon, we seek to make the finer flavours in life more accessible, encouraging our guests to enjoy shared dishes in a casual style.

Amazing food. Both the regular tasting menu and the vegan tasting menu. The vegan food was exceptional and specifically designed. Definitely not an afterthought like so many other restaurants who claim to have a vegan menu. Absolutely recommend!

Couldn't fault this place if we tried. All our courses were divine, and the cocktails were scrumptious. Wait staff were very attentive, layout of the room felt intimate without feeling cramped. Lobster roll and the snapper croquettes were something else!! Yum. Thanks for a wonderful pre-show dining experience

We went there for my wife's 40th birthday and had an amazing time. Oysters were amazing, wine was delicious, snacks were fun and the main course was sumptuous. If anything we ate too much. Service deserves its own shout out, as the staff were warm and welcoming and found the right balance between checking in and intruding. That sounds like a weird thing to say, unless you've ever been asked how your food is with a mouthful of food. It was a quiet (Saturday) night when we went, so I don't know whether that's representative of the general experience, but we enjoyed a really cosy dinner and I'd happily recommend Pinchy's to anyone looking for seafood in the city.

We had a lovely lunch at Pinchy's today. My partner and I had the lobster roll which was delicious and my uncle had the fish and chips which he said was really good. The fries were excellent! The portions were modest which encouraged us to order a dessert and I am so glad we did. Our poached rhubarb was the perfect finish to a most enjoyable meal. It was unusually quiet when we were there but I have no doubt that the attentive service we enjoyed would be at a similar level if they were busy. We will be back.

The food was all excellent in taste & presentation for both vegan & non-vegan options, the cocktail of the week was a knockout & the service was great. Will definitely return.

The food was lovely except I missed reading there was chilli in my dish so was hotter than expected!! The lobster roll was toast rolled like a taco....maybe use different bread? The staff were lovely and accommodating. Tables were a bit close together ...be nicer if there was more room between each table.

It was my first visit to Pinchy’s and I was originally lured by their Lobster rolls, which did not disappoint. The food overall was outstanding. The cocktails imaginative and delicious. The service was very warm and friendly. Thank you for an all around enjoyable dining experience.
