Great place - we’ll be back. Our server, Bill, was fantastic!
Drag Brunch. Just go, it's the best way to spend a Sunday: outstanding entertainment hosted By the versatile Mackenzie and the best bacon in town!
Judith, MacKenzie and bacon....how can you go wrong? :-) Thank you for your review and we hope to have you back soon... All the best, Jarrod
Serves was extremely slow and after waiting 40 minutes for our food it was the wrong order..I would of settled on the wrong order if the food was good..experience was not good..
Hello, I deeply apologize for the bad experience you had while at The Landing. Their is no excuse for the 40 minute wait and the wrong order on top of that. We are making changes that have begun to remedy these type of issues and we hope you find it possible to give us another chance to change your mind. If so, please call me direct at 508-487-6424 and ask for Jarrod. Mention this review and I will be sure all is done to make this right. Sincerely, Jarrod
Great service. Great atmosphere. Quiet off the beaten path of Commercial Street. Yummy food.
We had a great time. Very friendly and relaxed upscale atmosphere. Great before a show.
Jojo made a great dining fun
Confused, unorganized employees. Mediocre food.
Hello, Sorry for the delay in a reply. I am very sorry you had a bad experience in August and please know, we have made it a point to change many things to avoid this now and in the future. I hope you have the chance to return and give us another try. Best regards, Jarrod
The issue I had was more with the service than the food. I am a firm believer that drinks should be served before the appetizers. The food tasted good, but my friends rice was actually cold.
Great menu - delicious food and fun drinks!
Eduardo did a wonderful job on serving the table in spite of his heavy demand to serve a large party seated at the same time.
Thank you for noticing his effort to balance two important guest experiences. When we find out who Eduardo is, we'll pass on the love. ;)
Looks a lot like a hotel restaurant. Service was spotty. Food was good overall. The ambiance needs some charm and character to warm up the space.
Thanks for this. We're working to make the space simultaneously exciting for diners and approachable for incoming hotel guests.
If you don't mind inexperienced waiters and insufficient climate control, the food at this farm to table restaurant is very good. We were a large table with many orders, and the young waiter had trouble remembering what we had ordered. Someone else's food was brought to our table. After we sat down, the A/C stopped working or was turned off, making the room stuffy and several of us were bitten by mosquitos.
We were also underwhelmed when we asked to see the dessert menu and were told, I'll tell you, it's tiramisu. Of course no one ordered it, since we wanted a choice and went elsewhere for dessert.
All good. Very good food priced as expected. We commented to the server on small drinks, and the second round was better. Service was good, tho server seemed to have been stretched thin. Acoustics were a little loud.
Small portions that were overpriced. Empty restaurant should have been a sign. Quality of the food was good but not above and beyond what you could get elsewhere.
We'll look into the portion issue. Thanks for giving us a chance.
Great restaurant. Been several times and always had a wonderful experience. Great food and service.
Drag brunch was so much fun! Great way to spend a Sunday morning
Drag Brunch was fun--food was good--- a great way to spend Sunday morning
Cho cho our server did an excellent job.
Personalized service from MacKenzie, Cho-Cho and Ezra and Larry made our dinner fun and thoroughly enjoyable.
This place was full of warmth and the staff very accommodating and friendly. Cocktails and food were amazing. Favorite cocktail was Cosmo Brite. The staff made our 3,000 mile trek to Provincetown worthwhile.
What generous feedback. We'll pass this along. Thank you!
Mackenzie is awesome!!
Aha. We like her too. :)
This was formally Sage.
Food was good, service as well but no spark. The restaurant was quiet yet the town was busy so not sure of the disconnect. I'll go back next time I am in Ptown.
Thanks for this, Potuskopa. We look forward to having you back.
Firstly I have to say the waiting staff were very pleasant and helpful. The menu wasn’t the same as the one advertised on their website, there was much fewer choice. My partner chose the lobster bisque (which was delicious), he asked for some bread to go with it and was told ‘we don’t do bread here’ but the waiter said he’d see what they could do. Despite being told a number of times it was in the way it never turned up. I chose Jerk Chicken and was warned it was spicy, when it came it wasn’t spicy at all. My chicken was also cold and a very small portion. My partner had the filet mignon which for the price was very small, it too was cold. We were offered a dessert but there was only one choice which neither of us liked. Poor quality food very overpriced.
Undo new kitchen leadership, this place definitely is elevated. Food was fantastic and everything served to nearby tables looked great as well. We will be going back.
the menu online was very different from the actual menu in the restaurant. They were out of the beef stroganoff and the beef short ribs after placing the order we were also told that they were out of the potato latkes. I had the jerk chicken which was three cubes of chicken on a skewer with onions and peppers not worth the money. It was very expensive for what food was received however the wait staff was excellent very friendly and accommodating. Not her fault a very limited menu. The drinks were excellent
This place is amazing. I’m not sure how we missed it before. We have been coming to Ptown for years and usually don’t stray from our “usuals”. We were headed to see Miss Richfield and thought eating here would be convenient but it was so much more!!! I had the Filet Mignon and my husband had the Seafood Moqieca - sorry about the spelling. Both dishes were amazing. This place is so cool and right in the center of town. One of the best dining experiences not only in Ptown but close to anywhere before. If your looking to branch out from the Mews, Victors etc this is the place. Also - Love the shows.
We came during a bachelorette party, and we had the best experience ever! Our server Bill was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when we were ordering. We had someone who LOVES spice, and the chef accommodated her and made a hot sauce from scratch in the kitchen. The chef checked on us multiple times throughout the evening to make sure everything was to our liking. Overall, extremely good service and very delicious food. We are all going to make a point to come back to Provincetown to dine at the Pilgrim House.
Menu's changed, they've cut back, but what's on it is still great, especially the lobster bisque.
The food tasted good, but we thought the dinner portions were ridiculously small. I had jerk chicken skewers, which was listed as an entree. If there was 2 oz of chicken, I’d be surprised. A few fingerling potatoes and a dab of cole slaw completed the dish. That said, cocktails were good and fairly priced for Ptown. Beet salad and roasted Brussels sprouts were good apps.
