   Second time dining here over the past couple of weeks. Everything has been fantastic both times. Service, food, lighting & noise are all perfect. Excellent addition to the finer dining establishments around town. Reservations were easy to make and we were seated when we arrived.

   I can't stop going to Pignetti's for meals. The value, the quality and the people are worth the price of admission. THE MEATBALLS!!! Clients and/or colleagues in town, I take them to Pignetti's instead of 135 or Diamondbacks. At first, they were understaffed as many places are...but that seemingly has been fixed. The current staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. A+, highly recommend.

   I always give 5 stars, unless it’s awful. I asked for a box, server offered to box it for me. That’s a nice touch, except she put the shrimp tails that I had put to the side in the box. A not so nice crunchy surprise.

    Really neat atmosphere! Great service and the food was really good. Not a huge menu bit all items looked really good. I had the ribeye lasagna and my wife had the mushroom pasta. The arancini and meatball apps were great as well. Glad to have this in Waco!

    Overall a 4 because it’s Waco. In Dallas it would be a 3. Arancini was cold but good flavor. Lobster rav was very good. Some misses on other sides, cold and bland. Service was good not great. Host/hostess could do a much better job at greeting and seating and looking better.

    Our server Francesca had a great personality while providing professional service. We sat next the President of Baylor university and chatted about the Baylor vs UT game. The night was special for my daughter, my mom and I. I’d definitely recommend for any occasion

    Our first experience was so great, we returned tonight for dinner! Everything was EXCELLENT! Dolly is the best waitress ever! We were served quickly, the food was amazing, and everything overall was perfect!! Absolutely delicious, every dish. I wish this owner/chef could open another restaurant in Seattle!

    This was my first time visiting Pignetti’s! I was there with three of my sorority pine sisters. We thoroughly enjoyed the brunch menu and atmosphere. I think between the four of us we had ordered every item on the brunch menu except maybe two things. Then, since two of us shared the same upcoming birthday, we were treated to two different desserts! Phenomenal!

    Wow, what an incredible experience! We will DEFINITELY return!! These people know what they are doing!! Although it is an Italian restaurant, they have steak making down to perfection as well! My husband commented many times that was the best steak he’s ever had. We had a Caesar salad, two wedge salads, pork chops, steak, and pasta. No joke, every dish was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! Fresh, delicious, generous servings, perfectly spiced, just awesome. They have Caymus Cabernet by the glass, the best potatoes, our server was also just perfect—professional, helpful, knew right when to take the order/deliver the food…we will return every time we are in Waco. They have something for everyone!!

    Pignetti’s was a terrific experience! Service was excellent, food was amazing. Miguel was a friendly and knowledgeable server, and he helped us choose wisely from the menu. Our party had both pasta entrees and meat entrees, and both types were outstanding. Will absolutely come back!

    Made reservations Monday 2/20 but they were surprised when we arrived and scrambled to get us a table. We were asked if we wanted bread for the table but weren’t told there would be a charge. And the surprised bread charge was put one two diners bills (1 on one and 2 on the other person). It’s should have been told there would be a charge and it should have been ask who was paying for the bread.

    They opened 5pm, we arrived at 5:02, and hostess showed up at 5:04. Poor bar tender was doing everything herself while manager had meeting with staff. Waited 10 minutes after being seated to be greeted by server even though we were the only one in her section. Food was good and came out hot but watched it sit in window while staff had conversations

    I love the fireplace and the dark , more ambient atmosphere.. The noise level was a little too much however.. Great food , but wish Salad was a little larger .. The staff was outstanding and I know Italian food ! The food was good wonderful!!!

    Had a reservation for brunch in Sunday. We arrived early and we’re immediately seated. Only one waiter was working a large area, and the service was a bit slow, but we were OK with that. The noise level is very high. Our food was delicious and we will definitely be going back.

    Went to brunch for my birthday yesterday, and we were seated immediately. Unfortunately, our waiter was the bartender. We ordered coffee, and he brought them out quickly, set them down without pause and kept going to the bar, while I requested cream and sweetener. Tried to get his or anyone’s attention for at least 15 minutes and finally asked a manager. Server returned and we ordered about 30 minutes after arriving, and waited over an hour for our food. The food was potentially delicious, but some was cold and some warm on the same plate! We had to waive someone down for coffee refills and the check. No one EVER checked on us. The vibe and menu are nice, and we would love to love the Waco Pignetti’s. We canceled valentine reservations. Also, we tried to dine there New Years Eve. After being seated and not being greeted by a server for over 15 minutes, husband called Diamondbacks and got us into the bar for dinner. Not sure anyone would’ve noticed us leaving, if we hadn’t stopped to tell them our table was free.
