   This is a favorite for me and my husband. The lasagna is his favorite and the lobster ravioli has so much lobster, so worth it.

   Expected a bigger bank for the buck. Triple delight was ok, but only 2 shrimp, 3 pieces of sausage, and a lot of chicken and too much sauce to me.

   I had taken my wife on previous anniversary dinners to Pignetti's in Temple, Texas. But for this anniversary I decided to stay in Waco and visit the newer Pignetti's and I absolutely believe that was the right decision. First great moment was finding one of my most favorite wines on the wine list, Justin's Isosceles; absolutely magnificent. Our server Jackson was phenomenal on this special occasion and made us feel like VIP's. I had the Mushroom Ravioli and my wife had the Lobster Ravioli, both were amazing. And then we had the Tiramisu for dessert and Jackson went all out and had spelled Happy Anniversary in chocolate on the plate, fabulous presentation and a night which will never be forgotten.

   Welcomed immediately and shown to our table. Waitstaff attentive and made it personal. made the birthday girl feel important. put kids at ease. Food was excellent and tailored to our party (one had had recent surgery and two were children) . Moved along time-wise when ready to leave (school night).

   Ordered off the brunch menu. Food was very good. Steak was prepared perfectly. Did note that Mother’s Day (the day we were there) brunch menu wasn’t the same as the normal brunch menu. Was it a special occasion brunch menu or were we comparing to an outdated menu, or something? Not a complaint, just an observation. Service was great atmosphere was great. It was a good Moms Day outing.

   Brunch over Mother's Day weekend did not disappoint. Table of 5 shared Avocado Toast, which each got a good 1/4 size to start. Crispy topping is flavorful. Lasagna was good, Waffles, and Yogurt also good. Waffles are sharable. Only item that disappointed was the Quiche. It was if it didn't have eggs, and congealed. Wasn't a fan of that 1 dish.

    Went here for Sunday brunch. Service was VERY slow and it was not crowded. We arrived at 10 am when it opened. It took about 20 minutes to get drinks. I wanted to order the quiche, but the server came back about 10 minutes later, to say they didn't have it. They had very limited breakfast items on the brunch menu. I had pizza for breakfast because they didn't have any gluten-free bread for the eggs benedict, the pizza was a gluten-free crust, but it was the only item available gluten-free. Food, ok, service, terrible, bathrooms no paper towels for your hands. New management is needed for sure! This is all first thing in the morning, I can only imagine how it is at the end of the day.     The ambience and service are excellent. The meals were delicious. Two guests in our party ordered espressos, a drink an Italian restaurant should do well. However, the espressos were nothing more than watery coffee and undrinkable.

    We have visited three times now and service is great! Most if not all of the food is awesome. This is the only thing we find to be a little high is price of food. Some is more responsible the others. But, the teast of the food keeps us coming back. Bottom line. Try it for yourselfs.

    The pork chop and chicken Parm were very good. Spaghetti Bolognese is not traditional, does not have tomato based sauce. Do not order. There is a charge for bread Service was friendly and efficient

    We were celebrating our sons’ 19th & 21st birthdays and it was a wonderful experience. Food was great, service was perfect - Dolly was our waitress and she was a delight- so sweet and attentive She took great care of us and wished our boys a happy bday - even brought them dessert on the house.     My daughter and I enjoyed a delicious meal Friday night. The place was busy but the service was still fast and I waitress, April, was the best! We so enjoyed a little conversations, and we laughed a lot with her. She was very helpful with recommendations and everything she recommended to us was fantastic! We left full, and then some and in a great mood because of our experience and April. We would highly recommend to anyone coming to Waco!

    We had the best time at Pignetti’s! Rene was “the hostess of the mostest” and had us smiling from the minute we entered the restaurant!! Her son, Brandon, the bartender made the best drinks and our server, Miguel couldn’t be kinder. Now the food, the Ragu lasagna was outstanding, the chicken Parmesan can’t be beat, and was a generous serving! if we lived here we would be back! 5 stars

    Disappointed this time. Food was not as good as the last time we were there. Seemed disorganized starting with the front desk, to unable to find the Pinot Gris wine. Even though it was listed on menu. Will try again, and hope things will be different next time.

    We came to celebrate my friends birthday, and we all loved the environment. The service was amazing, they would always check up on us and would make sure everything was good. The food was great, the drinks were amazing and the Happy Hour was a steal! Definitely coming back and will recommend to everyone.

    Good Italian restaurant in downtown Waco. Very convenient to the Hotel Indigo. Reasonably priced wine by the glass, and food was good. Never offered a wine (by the bottle) list. Had to wait longer than expected for food and drinks. In the reservation, noted a "special occasion" but never asked by the staff what that is.

    Great food at the new location. Though the menu is smaller on the Italian side, they do have most of the stars from the Temple location. Hopefully they will expand the menu to match the Temple location.
