As you step into the charming brick building, you're greeted by the words "OPEN SESAME," welcoming you into the Home of the Original Sesame Seed Crust Pizza, pioneered by Pietro himself in 1976. Indulge in a dining experience within one of three uniquely distinct atmospheres. Choose from our retro-style front dining room, the exposed brick of the main dining area featuring beautiful artwork, or the serene whimsical outdoor patio adorned with red and white hanging umbrellas, lush palm trees, and vibrant red planters filled with gorgeous plants, and outdoor personal igloos, creating a private party space offering an enchanting experience.

Had a lovely ladies lunch this past Sunday. We love the grandma personal pizza so we split that and a salad. It was delicious. Definitely coming back!

Dined with friends at a regular table on the patio , had a lovely time, food, and service were absolutley great! We would definitely dine here again! The igloos on the patio for " private dining" are a nice touch, hopefully next time, I can book early enough and secure one, such a nice idea for a unique meal out!

We ate there for the first time the other night. We decided to go with pizza which is basically their specialty. We were just two people so we ordered a regular pie with one topping. We asked for their famous sesame crust. It was excellent. Service was great too. We will go back to or sure

Overall food was amazing. The only issue was with the drunken chicken. It did have way too much cheese and the chicken was chewy.

Pietro’s of East Meadow is a true gem! The service was exceptionally warm and attentive—everyone made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, from the perfectly cooked pasta to the flavorful entrees. A great spot for a cozy, satisfying meal. Highly recommend!

We enjoy having our friends join us for the "Igloo Experience". Today the sun was glaring, and our server happily move us to an indoor table so we would be more comfortable. Lena was exceptional, making sure our every need was met. (Thank you again, Lena!!!) Everyone in our party was so pleased with the food served. We ordered several salads, which were fresh and delicious, and then dove in to a terrific sesame crusted pizza. Once again, I have to remark that our server, Lena, made sure that we were happy with our selections. Her attention to detail is to be commended.

Pietros is like a rare oasis in middle of town. Great food and beautiful restaurant! Outside igloos are the best !!!
