Pietro's Italian - Walnut
My brothers and cousins in New York know the recipe. Diners at Patsy's, Nick's and Angelo's have enjoyed their pizzas, pastas and salads for years. Here in Philadelphia and New Jersey, you can feast on my Uncle Angelo's secret recipe dishes at our three Pietro's locations: 1714 Walnut Street, 121 South Street in Philadelphia, and Radnor, Pa. I hope that you enjoy our classic style pizzas and pasta specialties "alla familia" for many years to come. Buon appetito

Food was amazing. The overall vibe was what you would expect for a high end Italian restaurant. Would recommend and will definitely be back in the future
We ate at Pietro's before heading over to see Hamilton. As always, the food and service were great!! Good value for the money, you get so much food with the entrees.
Great food and atmosphere!
We needed a good Family Style Pasta dinner for 9 of us the night before the Philadelphia Marathon and they did not disappoint. The food was great and our server that night (cant recall her name) did a great job as well keeping all 9 of us happy. Wonderful meal!. It was a little noisy in there but once a few of the tables thinned out it was fine.
The food was not good at all. Had high expectations and was very disappointed
Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Will go back.
The food is always delicious and our server was so kind to our party of 5!!!
Great dinner with great friends
Delicious, fresh salads and the best pizza! Our server, Tim, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The only drawback was that it was very loud in the restaurant, but that speaks to how many people were out enjoying it!
Good food prompt, pleasant service. Always a good experience.
Food quality was well above average. Family style is very plentiful and affordable if you are feeding alot of people. We had a lot of food for 8 adults with just 2 family style entrees and a salad. It is very loud though, they really could put some soft surfaces on the walls to bring it down.
Happy that they have a delicious vegan pizza. Their regular pizzas are always delicious. Rest of the family had one plain & 1 meatball pizza & thoroughly enjoyed both for lunch
food is overpriced and tasteless . Not worth the trip
they were out of almost all bottled beers and this was not mentioned to us when we sat down.
Great food, great service, noisy level a bit high because it was crowded so that’s to be expected. Nice Sunday weather, everyone was out strolling and eating out. Overall, great.
Pietro’s has excellent food and service. Great spot for a dinner in the city!
Great experience food was delicious and fresh. Service was “COVID” good and our server was really trying his hardest.
The server did a good job handling all the tables he had.
Food was good but it was very loud. Had to talk very loud to be able to hear your party across the table.
Great food, amazing atmosphere, server was attentive and friendly. Even the manager David, was great! Great place to eat with incredible food.
My coworkers were in town for a conference and wanted something they couldn’t get anywhere else… so of course I told them we had to go to Pietros and get the short rib pizza. They were impressed and said it was best pizza they’ve ever had. We had a great meal!
a neighborhood spot for us that accommodated our party of 8 comfortably. The waiter was gracious and prompt during a very busy time. My fellow diners really enjoyed the pizzas in several varieties. good old style Italian specialties in huge portions.
We went for our Anniversary and everything was delicious!
Quality expensive would definitely come back again. Appetizers we’re up to par and dinner was very good, we ordered a pizza but never received it but the waitress took it off our bill. Drinks were also very good and overall good crowd and scene
Liked the outdoor service. Food tasted like grandma used to make.
This was our 1st time there and I cannot believe I have never eaten there before. Everything we had from the delicious and perfectly dressed arugula salad and the beet salad to the tender chicken picata and my perfectly crisp on the outside and tender in the middle eggplant parmesan was outstanding! Can't wait to go back!
Grateful for the staff's patience with us with a member of our party who was running late.
We had a wonderful time! We got the perfect round table for a party of eight to talk/catch up. I highly recommend this place to anyone! I’ll be talking about the chicken parmigiana until I return too!
Went for lunch with friends - we chose outside due to the current virus situation and it was perfect. Our waiter was great, didn’t rush us. Food was great - would definitely be back.
The waiter was not great, and they didnt do a great job of clearing plates or checking in or providing water. But the food is decent and a great value and it’s a classic spot. Nothing wrong with this place at all but dont expect it to blow you away.
Yummy ! We were blown away by the incredible taste of caprese starter(small plate) followed by cauliflower pizza and chicken marsala.
Beautifully decorated outside seating garden so it is perfect for a date.
Good food and service
I’ve been here several times and have always enjoyed myself. Today was the complete opposite! Service was absolutely terrible and the food was very lack luster. The only thing I will rave about the visit is that the host was sweet as can be. Overall, today’s leaves me with the taste of never returning.
Lovely pre-show meal
Loud and busy, which was good to see the business coming back.
Food was very good and fairly priced.
Good food, had the lemon chicken and the salmon. Very lively inside and out. Too loud inside, would recommend sitting outside instead.
Food was delicious and served pretty quickly but they were not that busy yet. Feel like the prices have gone up a bit. Took my niece out for dinner. Two spaghetti with meatballs and two Shirley temples (no cherries) were $50.
Outstanding food and service.
Best marinara sauce we have ever had. Food was excellent
The food was delicious. The restaurant was a bit loud but nothing too crazy, it was a busy time for dinner. Would definitely go back, as I already have.
Wide variety of choice on the menu, including various vegan and vegetarian options. Chicken francaise was delicious and plentiful; outside seating was comfortable and not too close to other tables.
Not an inexpensive restaurant .. but we will certain return!
