Pietro's Italian - Walnut
My brothers and cousins in New York know the recipe. Diners at Patsy's, Nick's and Angelo's have enjoyed their pizzas, pastas and salads for years. Here in Philadelphia and New Jersey, you can feast on my Uncle Angelo's secret recipe dishes at our three Pietro's locations: 1714 Walnut Street, 121 South Street in Philadelphia, and Radnor, Pa. I hope that you enjoy our classic style pizzas and pasta specialties "alla familia" for many years to come. Buon appetito

sat outside, it was beautiful, dont come to the city so this is a day i’ll never forget
Great food and excellent service! The waitress even saved my box to pick up later because she knew I wasn't going straight home and could pick it up later.
Great food. Enjoyed the crab ravioli. The chicken parm was absolutely tasty! Also would recommend the spicy sausage and calamari appetizer.
I wrote a review on here after the last time I dined at Petros. The review I posted was wen you go to pietros as a two top they squeeze you in a tiny table. My pizza drinks and app can’t fit on the table I was also put in the bar area . So after I wrote that last review the restaurant replied saying next time request a seat in the back so I did on my reservation and wen I got to the restaurant not only were we not seated in the back with a bigger table I was seated at the same damn small bar table as the last time wen I submitted my review plenty of four tops in the back but god forbid two People have that table. Me and my husband get a lot of food and are great tippers so you know what I’ll take my business elsewhere. Don’t go to pietros unless ur are a big table. Oh and I asked if we could sit In the back host said no all booked as I sat and looked at the empty four tops.
Great as always.
Awesome find! Definitely will return. In the heart of Rittenhouse Square.
The food and service was great! I will defiantly be back.
Food and service is always great here.
Family dinner that we all enjoyed. Good food and service.
Solid Italian and pizza in a good atmosphere. Has gluten free options and a yummy Caesar salad. Great for families and kids.
Fabulous as always. Didn't want to leave. Great place to take clients or friends.
The food is delicious, and the service is very good.
We arrived early so we had to wait a few minutes...no big deal. Food was good....portions to much. Service was great.
The food had ingredients in it that weren’t listed on the menu. Read multiple reviews saying the food was really good and all but it was not, in my opinion. Perhaps this was due to it being Valentine’s Day but if I’m paying for something I expect a certain amount of quality. Also, I asked if I could substitute the pork in a pasta for sausage and the waiter said that it would be an up-charge of no more than $8, which seems pretty ridiculous. I’m not adding anything to the pasta, it’s a substitution. If anything, it should’ve been $2-3 up-charge at most. Will not be revisiting this place.
First time there to use a gift certificate. Outdoor definitely make the trip back.
Nice place, great food. Had a big table for 7. Didn’t have to wait.
Nice and familiar friendly place to spend a dinner
Generous portion and smiling service.
Noticed improvement in the last year and always a good experience.
Never disappoints. Everything was wonderful. I had the special, a penne baked with shrimp and it was wonderful. One of the first times I strayed from my favorite, the eggplant parmesan.
Excellent good & service ‼️‼️‼️
My husband and I had their Short Rib Pizza and Homemade Cheese Ravioli. The pizza was the best I've ever had - OUTSTANDING!
Went with a large group for a night out. Portion sizes were decent but wasn’t anything to write home about.
A great neighborhood Italian restaurant. Good pizza, great platters and convenient. Very pleasant staff.
Delicious and loved the environment.
Great food and friendly service. Will come back!
From the start the welcome and all the service was warm, literally, and friendly. We started with their shrimp with greens appetizer which was excellent. Shrimp were split, no tails, no coating and cooked to perfection. Egg plant parm was excellent and the tomato sauce on the accompanying pasta was very tasty and a perfect combo for the main dish. My wife had chicken limone which was tasty but we would prefer it with a bit more lemon flavor and more capers as a part of the dish. Service was great as well with our waitress attentive but not intrusive. All in, we enjoyed it fully, will go there again and would recommend for any function you might be attending in the area.
Service is excellent. Food is very good. This was our second time there. Can’t wait to go back.
Pietros is a great place for a business or social lunch. Good food, large portions, spacious dining room, and pleasant service. Enjoyed it and will come again!
Food is always on point but every time I go as a two top they put us at a small table and there is no room for a pizza let alone appetizers and a drink. It is always crammed and hard to enjoy my food and this time they stuck us in the bar area.
The food at Pietros is cool, it usually is. Our server however was AWESOME! very attentive without being annoying and just a really nice dude.
Great service. Food is better than the norm.
Lunch is always good and the service is prompt. Sometimes it feels rushed but in general a good meal at a good price
This is our second time eating at Pietro’s and we absolutely love it!
Sadly this place keeps getting worse.
This used to be my go-to place. And each time I try it, I remind myself why I have not gone for a month.
Servers don't seem like they want to be there. We order a salad for 1$14.00 that's supposed to have tomatoes carrots etcc.. thier were literally 4 little cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of shredded carrots.
One waiter brings out the apps, and 30 seconds later and another server is bringing out our pizzas and salads.
This use to be one of the best places for the money to go in the city. Now they raised thier prices changed the menu, lowered the quality and quantity and lost all the heart for what it takes to be a good restaurant with great service.
Great Italian restaurant in Philly - food delicious (our group had cauliflower appetizer, two salads, chicken with germelli pasta, salmon, another pasta dish, and pizza) generous portions and the best part was the great service from our server Vilma. Definitely worth returning here!
The best pizza ever as well as the apps, I wish their Happy ~Hour lasted till at least 7pm … fianl bill would have been a lot better lol. I highly recommend though.
Some of the best Italian food Philly has to offer. Coming from a north Jersey Italian girl, this is one of my favorite spots!
Pietro's never disappoints. Delicious food and friendly service.
Great food, but our server was quite pushy. Being attentive is one thing, but being pushy almost pushing us out the door is another.
Our first time here but have eaten at other Estia restaurants. Very good food and service. I loved the Fava bean dip for the bread and the homemade fettuccine with the veal limon.
