(We are no longer BYOB) Pietramala is a little restaurant located in Northern Liberties celebrating plants, wood-fire cooking and seasonality. We offer a small, regularly changing menu based on the highest quality, organic ingredients grown or made with care in Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic. Our Italian leaning, but globally inspired food is always presented simply with familiar flavors achieved in creative new ways. Often touched by fire, smoke or fermentation to unlock unique flavors, our dishes sometimes require days or even months of preparation. We pride ourselves on our open kitchen, where our wood-fired hearth takes center stage, and our commitment to friendly service and warm hospitality in an intimate, but lively atmosphere. All are welcome and our entirely plant-based menu can accommodate any allergy or dietary restriction with advance notice. We look forward to welcoming you.

Awesome meal! There are other great plant based restaurants around (especially in my Philly area), but pietramala is by far the most creative! Menu is always changing and has never disappointed!

Perfect restaurant. You will forget that there isn't meat, and you will not believe that there isn't dairy. I would eat here every night.

Amazing! You guys should get a Michelin star! I thought everything was delicious. The desserts were the best ever!! We will definitely be back.

What a jewel tucked in Northern Liberties. The cocktails were creative and they had a great beer and cider selection. We tried almost everything on the menu and were blown away by each presentation and flavor and texture preparation. From the incredible cashew dressing on gem lettuce to the comb tooth mushroom ( done Pittsburgh medium) over polenta with a jus made from aged pinto bean miso. Our server was adorable and made our experience even more enjoyable . We will definitely include Pietramala on our list of favorites.

Everything was exceptionally delicious! We have had several great meals here, but last nights meal was extra special. Focaccia/Beets/asparagus/combtooth/pasta and my goodness the chocolate bar!

We had a fantastic foodie experience. The food was DELICIOUS, and beautiful. the service was great- who knew cabbage could taste so good??? This place rivals Vedge for vegans!! I never thought Id ever say that! The dishes were different flavors, textures all yummy.

I cannot say enough about our experience at Pietramala. The service was exceptional - kind, knowledgeable, willing to answer questions and make recommendations - lovely. And the food was truly a work of art — the intensity of tastes, the variety of textures, the freshness, the presentation — I have described dishes to others several times already! A great way to celebrate our anniversary. Many thanks!

There were four of us for dinner and we ordered everything that was on the menu. EVERYTHING was excellent! Such impressive and clever uses of vegan ingredients. LOVED the mushroom dish, which had an incredibly rich sauce reduction. Also, great tunes in the background ("bruce springsteen radio"). Great waitstaff.

Great service. Fun menu executed well. The strawberries with wildflower ice cream was one of the best things I've ever eaten.
