Each Pierre Loti location has its own unique food menu, however they all share the same wine friendly food made from only the freshest ingredients. Our Mediterranean inspired menus include ingredients handpicked from local producers and farmers markets every morning. Small plates, like tartares and various seasonal salads, are available year-round along with a more substantial menu that changes with the seasons. In addition, all the Pierre Lotis have a varied and extensive cheese and charcuterie list with selections from around the world that can be tailored into a cheese plate to compliment the wine selection. We offer a selection of assorted chocolates and truffles which can also tasted and paired with wines and champagnes.

We truly enjoy our visits here. The food is delicious and inventive. The wine selection is good and the service is the best. Our young lady who attended to our bar table was exceptional. She was caring, attentive, a good listener and gave sound menu advice. We were not disappointed and we left very happy and contented. We definitely will make our next visit soon. Worth it and the attentive staff is one of the best.
Ambience and service is first rate. Ate upstairs by the open windows and was very well looked after. Thereafter however it was pretty disappointing. Ordered squid which was OK except for the poor presentation - the squid was sliced and chucked on the plate and almost completely covered up by a pile of lettuces which had been dumped on top of it - not the end of the world and it tasted OK - but not necessary. White wine was OK. Red wine was a problem. It came very warm basically room temp (which was probably 78-80 as it was a pleasant evening and the windows were open) - have noted this complaint on other reviews but ignored it at my peril. I asked if they had something else at a better temp and the next glass arrived chilled which was not really what I was looking for either but was prepared to live with. The problem then was the wine was pretty unpleasant - they showed me the bottle which was basically a 'generic' French pinot noir - probably worth under $10 in a store, which while I appreciate you dont get a lot for $14 a glass in NYC was still stretching it. I tried another Red (cannot remember which) which was equally rough so I left after the squid and had my entree in another restaurant.
This was our first time at Piere Loti. I thought of taking my boyfriend there for his birthday because they filmed there for Mr Robot and he's a big fan. It was more like a simple idea and the restaurant looked good.
The food was great and the waiters were lovely. And overall I got a great vibe from the whole experience and would definitely be back soon.
I come regularly to NYC for work and always try to stop at this restaurant for dinner. Something that makes this place so nice is the hospitality from the owner. He goes beyond his limits to please his customers to their satisfaction. Don't miss the Turkish mermelade made of roses. It is unique... The food in general is good and prices are reasonable for NYC. The wine list offers some interesting wines from Turkey. I highly recommend this place for both locals and visitors.
The service and the space are great but all the dishes were mildly disappointing. The truffle deviled eggs just tasted like onion and no truffle. The risotto balls only tasted fried with no creaminess or cheese flavor coming through. The real disappointment was the dumpling dish. No good flavor and pretty instant heartburn. They are so nice there and have great wines so the food was even more disappointing as I had hoped to love it.
I came here with friends visiting from the UK, and I selected it based off internet recommendations. Though the service was friendly, and it was run by a family, the upstairs seating seemed cramped and it was extremely noisy - to the extent where we could not converse with one another. There was also a rather long wait for food.
Overall, I came away disappointed from the experience, despite having good expectations going into the meal.
I came here for my birthday and the food was sooo good, especially for the price! The service was a little slow, but the manager came out and was very attentive to our table, and told us about how it's a family-run restaurant. It was a really cute, and so affordable for delicious tapas. I definitely recommend.
This place is absolutely charming. The hot tapas were delicious! I wished that I ordered more. I had the chicken brochette and my friend ordered the lamp chops. Both were wonderful. We left the choosing of the wines with our waitress, and we loved what she chose for us. We also let her choose the chocolates for us, and it was a marvelous experience as well. We are planning to go back to experience more of the food.
A very welcoming atmosphere. Terrific service and amazing food. The tuna tartar was perfect. Scallops were ok. Turkish pasta dish out of this world. Ambiance was great and the server made us feel very welcome and really impressed us. Definitely will go back next time we are in NY.
The service is very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, for two ladies 5 tapas was enough to fill us up. I was afraid it wouldn't be, but the portions were just right. We were there at 6pm on a Friday night on the upper floor, and it was comfortable to have a conversation. But as the place filled up, it did get noisy and you have to talk really loudly, but that's expected for a small space like that. I would definitely come back again.
