Piero's Italian Cuisine Ratings and Reviews
The reviews of Piero’s were spot on. The service was very accommodating but not rushed. We tried the garbage salad and it was fabulous. I had eggplant Parmesan and my husband had the veal dish with eggplant added. Everything was delicious and plentiful. The wines were delicious. I would definitely go back to Piero’s.
I have been to Piero’s many times for Business & Pleasure and will always go back when in Las Vegas. Freddie Glusman is the owner and a very awesome person, he see’s to it that everything is proper and operates as the 5 Star Restaurant Piero’s is. Service is unequalled in my travels! Do yourself a favor and stop at Piero’s, you just might see Nicholas Cage or some other celebrity. I had seen Jerry Lewis at Piero’s celebrating his birthday, God Rest his Soul.
Having been to Pieros prior to this visit, I RAVED about the restaurant. Knowing that I was returning to Las Vegas for my anniversary I talked up Pieros to my family and friends who decided to accompany us. Understand that this isn't a casual 2 star restaurant- and you can drop some serious money for the experience. Something must have been off that night. Our captain Ian wasn't very attentive to us but to another table to whom he must've been very impressed with. Not a problem until a piece of plastic was discovered in the corn dish which my brother in law mistook for crust. Showing the offending item to our server we were told that Ian would come over and speak to us. Ian did nothing but avoid us until he had to ask about dessert and coffee. He offered a dessert to compensate for the plastic in the food??? Sorry, I'm not sure that we'll be back. I'm not sure that Pieros really will care either. Sad
Went out for a birthday dinner. Had an amazing time as you can always count on at Piero’s! A wonderful wine, fabulous food & excellent service from our host, Ian, tonight. We split the specialty salad, I ordered the amazing Ossobuco special & my husband had the Veal Saltimbocca. The only thing that could have made the evening better would have been for the bar to carry their usual Sierra Nevada Pale Ale beer.
Our server Ryan was terrible. He asked us what we wanted to order and we didn't even have menus yet. Another table was seated after us and were waited on and had their dinner before us. The service was very slow for our table. Ryan never came back and checked on our table once they did bring the food.
The best Oso Bucco on the planet! Be sure to order the Ceasar Salad with shrimp. I have dined at Piero's for over 40 years and keep coming back every trip to Vegas, at times two nights in a row. ALWAYS THE BEST ITALIANO DINING EXPERIENCE VEGAS and US has to offer!
I had a reservation and was seated an hour later. I was told they could not find me I was at the only bar that was open on that Saturday night because of a private party.
I have been there seldom over that last 25 years, I feel I have had better service in the past.
Amazing food. Service excellent. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to family and friends. We were in Las Vegas for the SEMA convention so the restaurant was very busy and noisy. I would think if you were there at any other time the noise level would not have been so great.
Been there on 2 prior occasions. The food is good. Traditional old school Italian. We had reservations for a party of 4 at 7:00 pm. We were not seated until after 8:00 pm. The young hostess was rude when I asked her a couple of times during our lengthy wait, the status of our table. This same long wait, well past our reservation times, has happened on both previous visits. I will not go back to Piero’s again. THREE STRIKES and they are out!
Food is okay but not exceptional, especially given the higher than average prices. Service is good. Interior and ambience are nice and warm. However, noise level is high which makes business conversations difficult. What makes Piero's attractive is it's proximity to the Convention Center which is an easy walk to the restaurant after the trade show closes at the end of the day.
Very nice service and good food. Was on a date where we had two appetizers, two salads, two deserts and shared one dinner. We also had two Zambuca shots and a cup of coffee. I brought my own $13 bottle of red wine and forgot to ask what the uncorking fee was--$50 (wow). All of this came to the most expensive meal I have ever paid for two. With a 20% tip, I paid $350. Ouch!
The food was excellent especially the bone-in veal chop parmigiana. The ambiance was cozy and even though we arrived early the restaurant filled up rapidly, a testament to its great food, service, ambiance and Las Vegas history. This is our "go to" Italian restaurant.
Third time at restaurant. Have dinner each time we come to Vegas. Hostess less pleasant this time, bartender overworked for crowd. Should have had two, however looked like only one seating. Many open tables by 9PM. Food always good, service was good. We'll be back
