Since, 1982 Piero’s Italian Cuisine has been a Las Vegas staple restaurant with an old-school feel reminiscent of 1980s luxury. Our menu features authentic Italian food, market fresh seafood, premium steaks, and one of the largest wine selections in Las Vegas.

Piero’s is a free standing building conveniently located across the street from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.     Love this old Vegas vibe. The service was amazing and the food and ambiance were top notch. Can’t wait to come back. 🥰 Garbage Salad, Snow Crab, shrimp cocktail and osso buco were delish! Perfect place to celebrate my birthday!!! ❤️

    We arrived on time for our reservation at 7 pm but had to wait over 15 mins for the table. Then no one came to greet us for over 5 mins, which wouldn't have mattered except we had a show to attend nearby at 9 pm. The food was excellent, and the taller server that kept helping the server assigned to our table was amazing. I wish I could remember his name to give him credit. The ambiance was lacking a bit to what I expected for the price of everything. Maybe it was the cheesy Christmas garland hung over the mirror that seemed so out of place for such an establishment. Not sure what I expected but the speed of service did not meet expectations. Glad the food was good.

    Thank you Bruce, Timmy, Billy and team! Always a stellar performance. The host stand is equally amazing. The valets so friendly and eager to assists Food service and hospitality never cease to amaze. The garbage salad. Stellar swordfish. And wonderful off the menu dessert I can’t name in fear of them ever running out always prepared perfectly. Can’t wait til my next visit! Thank you Mr G, Evan, and Pat!

    Actually went for the first time during a stay in Vegas. Heard so much about the restaurant and missed going there on my last visit to Vegas a few months back. Being a New Yorker and a recent Miami transplant I decided to make a Piero's table for 4 reservation. I thought I was trading up from The Italian American Club, but I was wrong. The website photos look great but that rigatoni dish with meatball, sausage, and ricotta shouldn't be over cooked. The pasta boiled so long I didn't need teeth to eat it, (in Italian AL DENTE advise the chef) pasta dish should not be swimming in water at the bottom of the dish. Need I say more. Back to the Italian American club.

    The restaurant is very good. The atmosphere is old school and the service was great. The "garbage can" Caesar salad is fantastic. Two of us had the New York steak cooked medium, but it was very tough, especially for the price. The Oso Bucco was very good. Our side dishes were excellent, especially the potato wedges. The best rice pudding I have ever had.

    We had the most delicious dinner and exceptional service at Piero’s. From the salads & pasta’s to the veal & oysters. All was perfectly cooked and we left nothing on the plates 😊.

    The good and service are outstanding! 100% Old school Vegas in the very best of every way. The lamb chops were delicious, but the Osso Buco lived up to its hype. Absolute perfection!

    Piero’s has been one of our favorites at Las Vegas, we have always celebrated our anniversary there for the past 5 years, this year was our 35th anniversary! We love it, thanks again, we’ll be back next year! Burrata salad, incredible! Beef Carpaccio! Penne Vodka with grilled chicken, amazing! Linguine Clams the best!!👌🏼

    Phillippe and team created a wonderful dining experience. Great insight on the menu and very precise service. Piero’s should be on everyone’s list of dining experiences. The restautant is not pretentious. They welcome you like family. Excellent timing on the courses and the server assistants are very well trained. I would recommend getting off the strip and spending the evening at Piero’s. You will not be disappointed.

    Was sat in large room adjacent to the bar. Felt like we were sitting in a banquet hall at the tale end of a bad wedding. Service was fine but a bit cheesy. Overly rehearsed. The food was good.

    Slightly pricey but every aspect is worth the price! Sinatra performer in the bar was the icing on the cake. Birthday cannoli with candle was perfect for the occasion. Food was delicious especially the shrimp scamp and dover sole, filet was very tender and ceasar salad with everything in it was spectacular.

    Our party was made up of four friends; (2) having birthdays & other (2)from out of town. (2) from LV hadn’t been to Piero’s for years & as expected, everything was perfect. Ambiance, food & service was fabulous! Caesar Salads, Clams w/white sauce & fettuccine, Veal Marsala & Chilean Sea Bass, all were wonderful! The table next to us was fun & friendly + Servers were great & very entertaining! The only item, at times it was very loud/hard to carry on a conversation but, that just means everyone was having a great time! Our out of town friends enjoyed every moment & we, the locals were glad to know Piero’s is still a true gem!!! Looking forward to our next return😊

    The food is not inexpensive but the quality is worth every penny. We enjoyed the jumbo shrimp cocktail, and it lives up to its name. The dover sole special was beyond delicious. We appreciated the warmth of the service. Oftentimes, in an extraordinary venue, the servers are aloof. Not the case; they are warm, friendly, highly professional, and courteous.

    My wife and I were looking forward to celebrating my birthday at Piero’s. Arrived early, 7:20…reservation 8 pm. We went into the lounge area. Waited 10 minutes for servers. Ended up ordering at the non attentive bar. Once seated at 8, we ordered drinks. Water came quickly, drinks about 10 min later. We ordered an appetizer and salad to start. The took about 15 minutes to receive the app followed by another 5 minutes for the salad. We ordered our entrees spaghetti and veal parmigiana. That took roughly 25 minutes. Waitress was inattentive. We finished in about 15 to 20 min and waited….waited. My wife left to the ladies room while I flag a server to pay a bill. We had to run to a show. I could never find anyone so I left. I received a call from the restaurant to settle the bill…which I happily did. Overall, I will not return.

    Always a pleasure to dine in this classic Old School Italian Restaurant located near the Convention center. The Veal Osso Bucco is the house speciality but everything on the menu is on point.
