Quiet night at the club. Staff helpful and attentive letting me and my guest into the carpark! (Which was closed with the boom gate down). Served us dinner outside rather than the dining room which allowed us to enjoy the view. Food was very good.

My Group has been going to NY eve event at the RYCV for the past 9 years I must admit this one was the worst for a number of reasons firstly it was so difficult to make a booking over the internet phone calls and emails were not being replied to once the booking was made we had difficulty entering the car park which we have done every other year and the car park was not full then once in the food was terrible I have given this place a very high rating in the past but this year was very poor regards

We had Sunday lunch at Pier 41, based on a recommendation from a friend who had eaten there a couple of years ago. I gather the management of the restaurant has changed a couple of times since? The menu on the website has been replaced with what I'd describe as 'good quality pub grub'. The Sunday roast deal was good value and included a glass of wine. A tasty and solid roast beef meal, country pub style with plenty of meat and veggies, and a very drinkable wine by the glass. Fabulous views and excellent service. I'd definitely return.

It was great to go to a local club and be made to feel so welcome as a visitor. When you go to the RVYMC they really let you know you are a visitor. A member even greeted us and signed us in she was very friendly and welcoming even asked us where in the club did we need to go and showed us the dinning room. We went to see our friends band play and have dinner. The food was fantastic and the service was as good. Really enjoyed the ambience of the room with the fire going, great place to watch the band.
