   We were so so disappointed with the food. We came a year ago and had the prawn roll which was amazing and we came back for those. The rolls tasted stale and the prawns and filling tasteless. My kids had the fish and chips and the fish was absolutely tasteless, probably the worst fish I have ever tasted. The crab linguine was also the worst I have tasted, it was so fishy and really not nice. The mushroom risotto was the only good meal and was delicious. Sadly would never come back

   We had lunch at Pier 33. The venue was light and airy with plenty of parking. Food was excellent and staff were friendly and attentive. We’ll be back.

   The helpful and exceptional staff and service was terrific . Waitress explained the Menu had a good knowledge of the menu .

   Staff were helpful. Meals were generally good, quite expensive. Noise level was unpleasant even though restaurant was not busy. Had great difficulty hearing conversation on our table. Would have been more pleasant sitting outside. Possibly a meal in the afternoon overlooking the water would be lovely.

   The most wonderful service from a delightful waitress named India. The food and drink were great. The restaurant was empty and a little cold so the atmosphere wasn’t great but everything else was perfect. Recommended.

   Staff and atmosphere was great. Food disappointing. The Heirloom salad was not up to scratch and the coating they put on the fries tastes terrible. Such a beautiful place to enjoy the afternoon but needs improvement in the food. I did love how they had security at the carpark so people using the facilities were able to park. Great work.

   I had the chicken salad which was mainly lettuce with very little chicken and I therefore felt it was over priced

    The food was tasty and nicely presented but quite expensive for such small servings. Found the menu quite uninspiring compared to what it was a few years ago. Mains took a very long time to get to the table….we had to ask how long it would be. I’m sure the kitchen was quite under staffed like most places as it wasn’t that busy. The staff were all dressed differently and casually and this made it hard to work who were actually staff. Simple aprons with black/white clothing would have made the venue seem a lot more professional. The presentation of the staff just seemed sloppy. Shame as I have had lovely dinners at pier 33 in the past but would not go again. To expensive and the atmosphere has gone down. The meal was nice but it has lost its sparkle overall.
