Have a very long hair in one of my sushi rolls that I subsequently had to pull from my mouth. Ruined dinner.
Excellent experience! Our server David was wonderful and the food was delicious!
We got there 10 minutes before our reservation and abruptly told we had to wait to closer to our time...understandable if there were not many tables available. We made the mistake of not realizing this is a sushi place...not our preference. The chef prepared dinners were OK, not a good value.
The food and service were great! Love eating here!
Great lunch pre-fixe menu at lunch , ate 4 courses and had a great time
We are so glad that we found this restaurant on Yelp and we will be back. Everything was delicious. The menu prices are a little high, but I am sure that the Happy Hour prices would be great to match the food. I have driven by the restaurant several times and always saw the parking lot busy. I now know why. We went with friends and everyone loved what they ordered and we all ordered different items. This place has the best sushi in vegas.
This isn't all-you-can-eat sushi AND you can tell because the quality is so much better! I've gone back so many times because there is quite a variety to select. Every time I think something will be like the other restaurants, I'm happy to find it's wonderfully more flavorful, or lighter, or richer. The staff is amazing. Go! I'm a local and I eat out at many places in Vegas. This is my consistent favorite!
Love this restaurant! The happy hour menu is well worth it and very versatile with plenty of options. The ambiance of this restaurant is great. When I meet my friend we never feel rushed as we sit and enjoy our wine and conversation. Yes, I would recommend this restaurant anytime!
Enjoyed a Great Feast of the Seven F ish on Christmas Eve .
Fabulous! Everything was extremely enjoyable
Lunchtime specials were delicious. Something for everyone
The rolls here are excellent! Drinks are good, too. Was not too impressed with the miso salmon, and the walnut shrimp was rather tasteless. The service was outstanding, and frankly, that overcomes the food.
We had a birthday dinner for a dear Aunt. All 8 in the party absolutely loved everything about the experience from start to finish. Every dish was worthy of full recognition. Fantastic variety, great pricing, and warm service. Pier 215 is an absolute MUST if you’re contemplating an awesome dinner experience.
I unexpectedly came during happy hour and I'm glad I did. I tried a few appetizers on the HH menu and loved the ceviche and oysters. The host recommended the two daily specials which happen to be pork belly buns and salmon tacos, so we ordered both. They were delicious. Everything was on the pricier side, for example the Nigiri price was per piece of fish and not for 2 pieces, and I know some places that charge that much for two pieces. Even the happy hour plates were smaller than I thought. For exmaple the ceviche came on top of 3 pieces of cabbage, and the crispy rice spicy tuna plate was only 3 piece sof rice. The quality of the food was great so I cannot complain about the price I paid. Overall I am glad I tried this place and had a great experience. It is worth coming to try at least once.
Amazing food and great service. Always great for date night.
I think the BEST Happy Hour deal in the whole valley. Being honest, I would go whether it was happy hour or not! GREAT FOOD!!
Came in for a birthday dinner. Waiter was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Food was cooked to perfection, Pricey, yes, but well worth it and expected for what we were there for. Had some nice affordable options for sushi rolls that were still very high quality. Will definitely come back.
Good food and ambiance.
We were reccomend by my associates.
We went there with our reservations and they had booked so many other reservations that our wait had become an hour and a half long wait. Me and my girlfriend were very hungry after a long day of work and were hoping to get in on time but unfortunately due to the terrible service and bad judgement of how many people will be booking reservations on VALENTINES DAY we had to go home and eat.
Great Experience! 1st time there on Valentines Day which is very busy. Staff was attentive and accommodating and didn’t rush us at all. Food was amazing but no kids menu. We will definitely go back soon!
Food was mediocre and in my opinion did not live up to it’s price.
Awesome experience, the food, the service were all outstanding!!! New Favorite Sushi spot in Vegas
Every Dish exceeded expectations, the Staff is very attentive and polite. The drinks are pleasurable. One of my new favorite places to dine !
Excellent place!! Everything was perfect. Can’t believe this place doesn’t have a line out the door. Recommend the angry lobster roll and pork belly bites. Service, ambiance, clean and well managed.
Amazing food, great service. Will definitely be back.
Service was good. We got soup, salad, appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
Udon noodle soup. Seaweed salad. Steak and lobster. Crispy pork belly. Sashimi. Deep fried cheesecake.
This place had totally delicious high quality food, awesome hospitality and service, and very fair pricing. I am blown away. My entire family loved every single dish that we ordered. Pier 215....definitely worth it in every aspect. Forget the Strip! This is the place that everyone should try. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
We found this place on Open Table and it’s a great find. Oysters are fresh. Appetizers are excellent. My children really enjoyed udon and kimchi fried rice. Will return!
We meet monthly for a Girls' Night Out which was what this occasion was. We try different restaurants. Pier 215 is definitely in our list of return again.
Everything was great except the music was awful - nightclub music that didn’t match the cool vibe of the restaurant.
The great service and creative dishes are what stood out here. Exceeded expectations for a strip mall corner restaurant.
Our waitress was very friendly and extremely attentive; we never had to wait long for drinks, condiments, or clearing of plates. Appetizers were awesome, especially the crispy pork belly. Our sushi rolls were also very well made and flavorful. Highly recommend the spicy tuna over crispy rice as well.
My only gripe was that the nigiri sushi was just mediocre. I ordered the salmon, red snapper, yellowtail, and chu-toro; the presentation was lovely but the taste was just ok. Nothing fishy or dry, just not particularly flavorful. Also found it odd that they did not include wasabi or ginger with the sushi. I guess maybe they were trying to go super authentic/classy and let the sushi stand on its own without any extra garnishes but the sushi was not “wow” enough for that. At least ginger should’ve been provided as a between fish palette cleanser.
That being said, I would certainly visit Pier 215 again. Most of the dishes were great and I can’t wait to try more of what’s offered here. The front of house staff all had excellent attitudes and the service was better than I’ve had in some local fine dining establishments. Kudos to the management here for putting together a great team.
This was an excellent experience, I can’t believe we’ve been driving by it for almost 2 years and never tried it out. The food is fantastic, the service was top notch, it’s definitely on my top 5 list now!
Amberjack Carpaccio was phenomenal!!!
Very nice well kept and clean restaurant. We will be back again soon.
The oysters were old we all got sick and was pretty disappointed
What a great find! Apparently, it's been open for a year or so, but for whatever reason, we just found out about it. So glad we did! Just off of Durango south of the 215, this is a casual sushi/Asian fusion spot that serves fresh delicious and interesting food. A nice wine list and great wine specials just make it even better. The tsunami roll, the sunset roll and the oysters were fantastic. The uni risotto was terrific. Can't recommend highly enough!
We were not expecting such an amazing restaurant a little off the main drive, but you can see it off of Durango. I have to say this is our new favorite sushi spot. The service is friendly and even though we called out a list of items Kevin our server was on point. The must try roll for us was the Angry Lobster roll, so so good. Even though we live far from this restaurant we are going to keep coming back.
My boyfriend and I came here after being referred from a friend. We were so impressed! Excellent food and service. Some of the best seafood we’ve had in Vegas. We can’t wait to go again and bring friends and family. Thank you!
Found a neighborhood treasure away from the strip. Everything was fresh and well prepared. A great meal that could be a regular stop on LV trips
Extremely good food and service. The exterior does not give this restaurant justice.
