   The chefs selection was absolutely delicious and a perfect amount of food. Service was quick and our waitress was super lovely. Overall good vibes and great value for money.

   Food was amazing. Both servers, tall blonde guy and brunette blue-eyed girl were very attentive. 5 stars.

   Amazing happy hour, food and drinks are delicious and a perfect al fresco vibe! We will definitely return and would recommend a visit if you’re in Surry hills

   Warm Vibes and Incredible Food in Surry Hills This place is an absolute gem! The food is consistently delicious — fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour. What really sets it apart, though, is the atmosphere. Pauline, the owner, is a ray of sunshine — so warm, generous, and genuinely happy to see every customer. You can feel the love she puts into the place, and it makes the whole experience that much better. The staff are just as friendly and welcoming. Whether you’re popping in for a quick coffee or settling in for a long lunch, you’ll leave feeling looked after and smiling. Can’t recommend it enough!

   Had such a delicious meal, the staff were all so lovely! Wine and food were fab and such good value, we did the chefs menu and added a couple extras. Arthur was one of the team members who looked after us and recommended us an amazing sparkling red to have.

   food was absolutely delicious at apertivo hour! well priced - ordered everything off the menu except the oysters which we were told were sold out, but half an hour later saw someone receive oysters. cocktails were not good and took a very long time to come out. staff were very friendly, but unfortunately made lots of mistakes where they kept offering us the wrong drinks or food which we had not ordered. the bill was also wrong at the end which luckily we checked! overall still a good time, the operations from the team were just not as smooth as you'd want for a busy saturday evening. will be back because the food truly was great!

   I had an excellent time at Pieno, service, food and drinks were all amazing. The team do an excellent job. I loved the Spanish omelette!

   Food was really nice and the set menu price is so fair! Tiramisu divine. It’s sad they don’t have a card tip option I really wanted to tip my waitress April :)

   After being told we have 30 minutes for happy hour we ordered some starters and a drink then we were ignored for the remainder of happy hour. We were then not given the evening menu for 26 minutes despite asking for a menu twice to 2 servers. Both times told they would and then they didn’t, we finally got it after the 3rd and and ordered 3 dishes and some drinks while waiting they took our half eaten olives despite us already asking them not to. 2 dishes came out and as we waited for the 3rd a server came over and told us we would have to leave as they needed the table; we told them we were waiting for our final dish. The server went to check where it was, a whole different server came back and told us they didn’t put our other dish through and that we had to leave as they needed the table. So we spent about half of the designated hour they gave us asking and waiting for a menu only to eat what literally was 4 side dishes. Oysters, olives, bread and crudo. Price was good but we literally ate 4 entrees. They refunded us for the dish they forgot and the order of drinks they barely let us finish.

    $45 feed me meal was sensational. We ordered extra oysters- they were to die for. The food was delicious super tasty. We order 4 different cocktails and they weee well priced and delicious. It’s very loud there but it is vibing and everything was just great for a cool casual night. Super delicious food for $45- amazing !
