Absolutely pathetic!!! We showed up for our 7pm reservation & had to wait at the front for someone to finally come seat us. Once we were seated we waited at our table for over 20 minutes & still could not get waited on. Finally we gave up & left. This waitstaff is rude & knows how to show some attitude by completely ignoring they’re guest. I highly recommend not dining here while visiting Calloway

Decided to dine at this restaurant because of a salad (spinach/arugula) that was listed on their menu. Of course they were out of it. We then just ordered entrees. My pork chop was over cooked. Waitress never returned to table. Water glasses never refilled. Poor serve, less satisfying food.

The Buffet breakfast is ridiculously over-priced for what you get. Regret having breakfast here. Food was mediocre and service wasn't great. I was told there would be a la carte menu, but it was not available.

We asked to sit in the main dining room and when we got there they had a family reunion going on so we had to sit in another restaurant we just had lunch at Not what we wanted. Should of advised ahead of time never would have gone

They said you don’t need a reservation for breakfast. We got the buffet. Saturday night buffet: Prime rib was excellent! Some of the other meats were a little dry—typical of buffets so wasn’t surprised by that. The sides and desserts were great! Breakfast buffet was very good as well with lots of options.

Even though there were only a few tables occupied on a Monday night, the service was ok but everyone seemed lethargic. The food was mostly ok, but the fried green tomatoes were greasy and mushy. To me the food and the experience was overpriced. We pretty much had the same experience a year ago. Now I will say we are there a month ago, when they have the prime rib buffet. Everything, the food and service both were very good.

I was expecting a little more white tablecloth upscale environment for this location. my wife and I dressed up accordingly but discovered a more casual environment with tshirts and flip flops on some patrons. Food was good and reasonably priced but just a little disappointing for what we thought was the nicest restaurant inside Callaway Gardens.

The biggest issue is the Piedmont Dining room charges fine dining prices for food that is bland and hurriedly put together. We ordered the chicken and waffles and pasta. Both dishes included bland chicken that was obviously cooked from frozen. The wait staff works hard, but is disorganized and you do not receive consistent service. You are better off eating somewhere in Pine Mountain.

We we very disappointed. The site says it is a 4star resort, but the lodging and food were not 4 star quality. Very overpriced for what it is. Will not be returning.

Sadly this restaurant is not what it used to be. The buffet items were cold and over cooked . We were seated in a supplemental dark dining room. Such a disappointment. We will not be returning.

Our experience at the Piedmont Dining Room was truly amazing. The food choices were exceptional, we made a great wine selection from their menu and our server, Bobbie, made the entire experience one we will always remember. We enjoyed our time so much, we made a reservations for the next night to enjoy the experience again with Bobbie! Highly recommend!

Went here for Valentine’s Day and it was such a great atmosphere. Very nice and relaxing dinner we had! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to go to a more upscale kind of restaurant for an occasion.

It was our first time here. My wife had the salmon and I had the pork chop. Both were perfectly cooked and deliciously flavored. Great wine selection. Didn't have dessert this time but will definitely be back. Service was quick and friendly. Small focused menu but still something for everyone. Wonderful space.
