This is one of the most disappointing restaurant (read: broom closet) in Miami (if anyone pays attention at all.) First, there is no chef—just a few fry cooks who are taught how to meal-prep twice a year by a real chef flown in from France. Second the tasting menu is an underwhelming disaster. Third more than one of the staff has a communication deficit. They have ONE waitress, who does her best to stay afloat in her second language. Avoid at all costs—take a risk somewhere else.
