Servers are very young, and a bit inexperienced. However the food is out of this world, so... WORTH IT! The food was incredible.
Food quality consistently good as is the service.

I was very impressed by all the aspects of dining at Plano Pietap. We were able to choose our table close to outdoors and with great ambiance, not very noisy but not too isolated either.
Our waitress Caroline was amazing, was very attentive to detail, energetic, funny, ready to help, had great suggestions.
Pizza was pretty much the best pizza I ever had, the dough was airy, the crust perfectly done. Both mushroom and prosciutto pizzas were delicious. As it was our first time, we received the 3 dipping sauces for the crust.
Kids were extremely happy with their kids cheese pizza, which did not look like “your usual kid’s cheese pizza” but more like a true gourmet experience.
As we came 5 minutes before 3 pm, we made it in time for a greatly brunch-priced carafe of mimosa, which made the whole lunch even more enjoyable.

We enjoyed the covered patio, complete with wind shields that could be lowered for the windy day we were there. We both had drinks and pasta - Mine with Bolognese and hers the Gnocchi. I especially liked my drink which was vodka, raspberry and lemonade!
Made the reservation for inside; she put us on the inside porch with the hard chairs. After we ask to move, you would have thought we were asking for a free meal. The restaurant was not crowded at all. We ordered 2 Arnold Palmers. OMG this was this worst AP I have ever had- my husband agreed. At that point, I lost my desire to even eat there. We told the server we were going to just leave. I left a couple of bucks for her as it want her fault. The manager came over and was just downright rude!
I just wanted to go home but was hungry so we went across the street to Kenny’s East Coast Pizza. We had a wonderful meal with great service.

Absolutely! They were super on top of masking up, offering sanitizer and keeping clients socially distanced. Their food is amazing....if you love a great bread, pizza and full range of flavor for every palate, this is the next dive for your family outing for brunch or a nice dinner out! It’s a great value for gourmet food and five star service! Thank you!

Ordered the half flatbread with half Caesar salad... flatbread was great!!!! Salad was maybe 2 tablespoons amount wise, completely soggy and croutons were stale. Not used to this at your restaurant... disappointed a little🥴
Great people but our server was a little overwhelmed and we had a hard time getting our bill. But really loved the people and food. Atmosphere was great.
Easter Brunch! We loved the coffee, fondue and chicken + biscuit. Wonderful and attentive service as well.
Workshop Salad, Pappardelle Bolognese, and Salami Pizza were amazing. The pappardelle pasta was made in house and the sauce was rich and flavorful. Pizza had the right amount of sauce and cheese. The ricotta ranch and goat cheese fondue dipping sauces were unusual and exceptionally good. Great for dipping the crispy crust ends to finish off the pizza slice.
There was a large birthday party group of kids nearby that were loud and rowdy that made our experience less than ideal. Otherwise the food and service was excellent
We arrived and waited 18 minutes before flagging down a waitress walking by to get our drink orders taken. She then took the order, and told us they were out of orange juice for mimosas at Sunday brunch at 12:30. We never got our drinks because she finally sent over our waiter. He took the drink order, but came back to tell us they had no mimosas left at all. Then we finally got our drinks 10 minutes later. He brought my sister a Bloody Mary that she didn’t order, and brought “fresh” coffee for my mother that was cold. He did not remember sweetener and had to bring that back. Waiting again.... he took our food order, but the whole brunch experience was not there. We were seated on the patio, which had plastic rolled down that did not keep the growing chill out. After all we went thru, we were charged for a mimosa that we did not receive- so much for that on the house Bloody Mary. If looking for a nice brunch experience, I will not be recommending this place to my friends or family. The experience would have rated 0 stars for service, but that was not an option.
Our waitress had a huge table, plus our small table, plus had to do a lot of bar tending, which was not fair to the waitress. We had a lag in service, but once we were able to get her attention from bar tending/setting the huge table up with their food, she was very attentive again.
So essentially, they were a touch short staffed, or maybe did not properly allocate their staff that day.
2nd time and probably the last. May go for take out as their rolls are off the hook. Pepperoni pizza was ok best part about it was the crust. The prosciutto on a stick appetizer was average at best. Thankfully we ordered rolls (at a dollar a piece), otherwise it would have been a total disaster
Wouldn’t recommend this location.
Buyer beware; they don’t have normal mic ultra- some organic stuff that tastes like coots lite. They ran out of their signature lemonade. Will go back as the bread/crust was awesome

Their brunch is one of our favorites! The cinnamon rolls are bomb! I had the chicken melt for the first time today, and it did not disappoint!
We’ve been back just about every weekend since our first visit and absolutely love it!
Cinnamon rolls were a little hard and bitter - not the soft and delicious taste they usually are. Otherwise, we’ve always enjoyed brunch here. They’re a good “usual” spot for us!
My family of 5 we for New Year’s Eve dinner. Trying to be careful at restaurants with good spacing of tables.
