Pie Tap Pizza Workshop + Bar - Park & Preston
Michael was our wait person. Food and service excellent. I love that you take reservations
Pie Tap always has great food and fast, friendly service. It is one of our go-to spots for date night.
Great service even better food. The bar tender on New Year’s Day was very funny and even my kids loved her!
Came here for New Year’s Eve. Our table was already ready for us which was very nice. The service started out great but then got slower as the night went on. Food was really good but kind of pricey.
We cannot say enough good things about Pie Tap. From the pizza and pasta, to the drinks and service, we have always had excellent experiences. The best recommendations are the goat cheese fondue and the bolognese pasta. Don't miss the freshly made donuts for dessert.
Love this place. Great food, great service, very clean, but a little on the noisy side if you want to have a conversation. Handled our group of nine very well.
Love the food and service here. Everyone is nice and friendly and takes care of you.
Pizza was amazing as usual!
Service and pizza were excellent. Good Italian style crust fired pizza with real mozzarella. Delicious. Someone else ordered a salad that looked good (with dark greens no ice berg). Prompt friendly service. One star off on food because the sauvignon blanc smelled like dirty socks. Don't know what was up with that. Fun atmosphere. We were there early but can see where it could be a little noisy when at capacity. Their weekday happy hour is $2 off drinks.
Tiny chicken, salty fries. Burning pizza in oven giving off terrible smells.
Our pizza was made incorrectly. The waiter did not offer to remake it, but did quickly walk away after putting it on the table. We are it but did tell him it was not correct. He responded by saying that they were out of Canadian bacon so they judged used regular bacon. No offer to discount our meal was made.
The pizza crust is a sourdough crust that provides a great texture and flavor. Optional sauces are available to dip your crust in as well. We had the ranch and it was outstanding. The service was great. Will go back again for sure.
Food was phenomenal as always! Staff was great! This is my favorite pizza place and by boyfriends go to when in Texas!! Love, love, love Pie tap!
Oh my word the cinnamon rolls are so good! Loved the frosé, too. Great staff, friendly and they actually talk to you not just ask what you’d like to order. I will be recommending this place.
Good food in a modern casual venue.
They offer a half and half pizza of your choice for those who cannot decide. Thin crust with very light and airy rim. Very accommodating to special requests. Under new management and it shows. Ask for Samuel for excellent service.
The pizza is wonderful. Crust is the right balance of chewy and crispy. NOT soggy at all. Fresh ingredients. The salads are so fresh and good. The beer selections on tap are awesome!
Excellent sourdough type crust, wonderful toppings. Salads were so fresh and large to share; We enjoyed the garlic knots with salad and honestly coupled with the salad, it would have been a great meal on it's own. Fantastic food, we will return!!
I took a business team for lunch and it was a fantastic experience. Our server, Fonta, was very knowledgeable and she did a great job taking care of us. I had no idea the pizza dough only has 4 ingredients! And it was so delicious. We shared a few of the pies and salads. The Workshop salad was divine. It was great to share. The team also loved the garlic knots. They were gone in a heartbeat. We will definitely need to visit again!
Love Pietap! The pizza is good but the pasta is outstanding! Service and cocktails spot on too.
Gathered for a double date and split two pizzas with their special goat cheese fondue and ricotta ranch. We had the Salami and a basic cheese pizza. Both were great and the side sauces were a nice addition. The service was attentive and it made for a nice date night out. We will be back again.
Food and service exceeded my expectations, however the bar service was slow due some issue with a printer problem. The experience was pleasant and would have been better if there was more light, felt I was in a pub which is not a bad thing.....
It’s a little proxy but the service is great. This is one of our staples.
Nice visit for dinner. Enjoyed everything that was ordered by our party of four. Appetizer board of meat, fruit, bread, cheese, etc. was quite good. Our party liked both the Caesar salad and the Simple salad. Bolognese was a hit ... a definite recommendation. Rotisserie Farm Bird was accompanied by a variety of tasty vegetables.
Yes! Great food and friendly staff. Would recommend and will return myself.
The manager, Anna, was amazing and assisted our large party to ensure a great dining experience. Thank you!!
Had great pizza choices as well as a good selection of beers. Wait staff was very pleasant and efficient.
Pretty basic menu. Our server was super nice although it did take a while before we were initially acknowledged. The patio has a weird slope and there are some seats on the slope which just makes for an uncomfortable experience. We switched tables to avoid the inclune
They have the best balsamic pizza
Birthday celebration for 10 was PERFECT. Good was excellent from appetizers (chicken meatballs and rosemary bread are our favorites!) to the variety of meals we ordered (bolognese to pizza and chicken parm) and the amazing desserts... Thank you!!
From Pittsburgh and were in Princeton visiting our daughter and she convinced us take the 45 drive to check out Pie Tap. From the outstanding and unique “Outlaw” cocktail (a cross between a margarita and a Moscow Mule) to my choice of a chicken pizza, our meal was fantastic! I’m normally not a pizza person, but Pie’s dough has only 3 ingredients and takes 96 hours. Couple that with their rotisserie chicken and other complimentary toppings and this pizza skeptic was totally won over. These people are very friendly, really treat you well and whip up some great grub. A little noisy but it’s just people throughly enjoying themselves. I know I’ll be back!
Great. Gluten friendly an delicious
I loved the atmosphere, and the waitress Angie was incredible she asked if it was our first time and made us felt very welcomed. We had the best time there! We loved the food the knots were so good! Although the pizza is not like much places the crust really is something sacred it’s incredible! Overall great experience and I’ll definitely be back!
Food good, but went on Father’s Day and our food took a long time to receive and the order was messed up. The waiter and manager did try their best to make it up to the party, which I appreciate. We had a party of nine, and they sat us at a table a little too tight. Perhaps not the best place for larger groups sitting together. The table we were sat at was right next to a roof leak, where water was dripping on the bench next to our table so we could not scoot over for more room. I would consider going back with a smaller group because the food was good.
We dined here for Father’s Day. Our group started with the Cheese Fondue with bread puffs. It was excellent. The veggie and pepperoni pizzas were tasty. We had the ranch and cheese dipping sauce. We enjoyed the Frozen Rose brunch special. Service was friendly and excellent.
Very chaotic environment! The waitress was accommodating!
Kind of a rough night for Pie Tap.
They were out of rotisserie chicken and my wife loved their chopped salad so couldn’t get it. The food took longer than normal and my father in law noticed some concerning non-sanitary things happening with the cooks that night. Guys eating food and touching their mouths and then not washing. Not cool.
E were sitting on the enclosed patio which was air conditioned, but it was freezing, on a day when the weather was mild and it could have been opened up to the outside. There was at least one large party that was so noisy we wished we were anyplace else.
We love Pie Tap and the service was terrible this visit. My child’s butter pasta came out last. Our waitress was never around. When she was I had to ask 3 times for a drink before she got it. This was my birthday dinner and was excited to celebrate at Pie Tap with my family and the service ruined it. The guy at the front is more worried about take out orders than being polite to customers who are dining in. We had a reservation and it took the girl 11 minutes to get our table together. Just overall bad visit.
Worst service on the planet. We were given the wrong menus and then told their was no pasta. That was the only reason we went there. Won’t be back.
