PI.E 3.14 Everyday Eatery opened in 2014 in the Village Shops of the Castle Hills subdivision, in Lewisville, TX (near the borders of Carrollton and The Colony). Nestled in a neighborhood, but also with easy access from nearby main roads, this restaurant offers the best of both worlds - an energetic atmosphere and a comfortable local bar feeling. Co-founded by Sean Conner, one of DFW's premier mixologists (and owner of sister restaurant T.B.D. Kitchen), PIE Everyday Eatery is focused on delivering quality food and cocktails in a community setting. From creative pizzas, house made pastas, bar bites and a stunning brunch menu, PIE's offerings are centered around fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients.

I thoroughly enjoyed the salad with apple, blue cheese and pecans, and my son definitely liked the pepperoni pizza.

This is one of our local favorite, located in the Castle Hills area of Lewisville. They have recently greatly improved their menu, and the last two times I've bee there have been very good. I especially like their roasted artichoke, charcuterie board, pepperoni pizza and cinnamon rolls (available at their Sunday brunch.) Only complaint is that they use a Jukebox app for their music - so many songs are a bit glaring of this 63 year old.

We ordered pizza and it came with a soaked crust. Picking it up resulted in a dismantled slice. The server gave 2 sets of silverware for a party of 3 and we had to request a 3rd set when the order came in. We got one glass of water each with no refill during the whole dinner. We had 2 empty glasses about mid-dinner...
The food was subpar and I would not recommend the place for any food. It appears the be ok for drinks at the bar.

First time there and they didn't disappoint. Our server Mikayla was GREAT, food was good, good pricing and ambience was great. Live music/band even on a Wednesday night made it even better!

Entitled people (8 adults) ignored their crew of 6-8 YOUNG children allowing them to run wild, scream, fall off benches/run into benches (which led to more screaming got injury), almost knock over a tall heater, etc. did not make for a pleasant dining experience. They sure enjoyed themselves chatting while alternately ignoring and yelling (loudly) at the kids because they were too lazy and self involved to parent them. My kids were home because we wanted a relaxing dinner haha!

Love this place. Hidden gem. Great pizza, rotating menu, and excellent excellent cocktails. Worth visiting if you're in the area.
