The owner stopped by our table and that was very nice. We got the crab cakes , shrimp cocktail and lobster bisque to start. They were all very good. The problem with our experience was 97% our server, Melissa. We were halfway through our entrees and still eating and she asked us if we wanted dessert. My jaw dropped but I’m not the type to be confrontational so we just said no. Then as we continued to eat she dropped the check on the table! I felt like I was at a low end chain restaurant!! What if I wanted another drink or an after dinner cordial? It was then that I realized that every other table had bread and we never got bread. I could see her rushing around doing side work so clearly she wanted to go home. Our reservation was at 8:00 PM so it wasn’t like we were the last people in the place. Very unprofessional. If I’m going to spend close to $200 on dinner , I expect that the server is attentive. My husband liked the prime rib, my pan chicken while not terrible, tasted like a frozen meal. That’s my fault though, I felt rushed to order and should have told her we needed more time. I could tell other servers were better and people were having more quality experiences. Nick, don’t let her ruin a good thing.

I loved the dinner it was so good however, the show was absolutely horrible. We had to get up and walk out. I normally don’t leave these bad reviews but the show was that bad. We had gone to the 945 show and we usually find humor in most anything, but this was really really bad. However, the restaurant was good, and the food was good, and we loved our server.

What an awesome experience. Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasurable dining experience. The best part was hours before we even had dinner we were scoping out the restaurant since we are not from the area and when they saw us peeking in the windows they offered us a behind the scenes private tour. What an experience. Will be back guaranteed!

Our entire experience was outstanding! We were greeted as we walked in, seated early, and immediately had our beverage orders take. Our appetizer hit the table promptly as did our entrees. All the food tasted excellent including a perfectly done prime rib! Our server was attentive and very nice to be around! We will return soon and highly recommend Pickwick and Frolic! We drove from Pennsylvania for the comedy show that we really enjoyed! I also would like to mention the Valet service, we waited mere minutes to get our vehicle and our keys were 10th in line.

Great restaurant and atmosphere. Ceviche appetizer and the fire grilled flatbread pizzas are amazing! Dinners are a bit overpriced, but delicious. Cozy and elegant atmosphere, but you can dress up or down. Great views or E4th street and several other bars, restaurants on E4th, which is a pedestrian street/promenade in downtown Cleveland.

You gotta make reservations. This was me and my husband's first time coming here. I found out about this place through my nail tech. If you need a place to have date night, girls or guys night out this is the place to be. So much fun. The service was impeccable from the food down to the waitress up stairs and down stairs. There was not a staff member that didn't have a smile on their face. I'm talking within 2ft of distance your being greeted. The comedy show Kevin Bozeman was Hilarious. I will be telling my coworkers, family and friends to check out Hiliarities. You have to get the entire experience. We will be back as returning customers.

Had a great time at this place. Dinner beforehand was a great idea, which was amazing! (Thanks Asia!) menu was diverse and the food was fantastic! The comedy club was fun! We had premium seats, view was perfect, comedian’s were hilarious and our server, Kristina was awesome!!!! If you haven’t been here, you should go! If you have, you should go again!

Out to celebrate birthday and go to Hilarities after dinner for comedy show. Everything was perfect. Our server was fantastic, the drinks and food were delicious, they even surprised me with a special dessert that took my dietary limits into consideration. Ambience is great - don’t walk - run - to this establishment. If we ever come back to Cincinnati we will definitely return to enjoy this place again!

We made reservations and were seated immediately. Kenya, the server, was very knowledgeable of the menu and specials. For starters, we had the bacon wrapped shrimp with was incredible. Also, the stuffed shroom which were very good. For the entre, we had the filet and prime rib. Both were cooked perfectly. For drinks, we had wine and probably the best gin and tonic I have ever had. We were seeing a show there as well and the timing couldn't have been better. Thank you.

All employees were upbeat and friendly. They had a mishap at the restaurant earlier in be day but u would never know with their positive attitude. Food generally food is good here but ordered the jerk chicken . Very good flavoring and cooked well, but had to be careful with the small bones .

The service was the best we've experienced in a long time. The manager actually walked table to table making sure everything was perfect. The food was excellent as well. The stuffed mushrooms, filet, and walleye were all cooked to perfection. Great evening!

Great atmosphere great people great food. An excellent experience from the door walking in to the door leaving. The culture that they have is fun too end service and top end food. Thank you nick for creating the best place to enjoy Cleveland. We drive an hour and a half to get there and it is worth every minute every time we go. Jennifer was the best server thank you for making our night amazing.
