Pichón introduces a new dining experience with a unique combination of high quality food, fresh ingredients, and innovative combinations of flavors. The atmosphere is very refreshing with a tropical decor and vibrant music which still allows for plenty of conversation. It is the ideal place for a gathering to unwind after a long week. Staff are very knowledgeable about the menu which changes according to market availability and are able to make suggestions that are right on target after a asking a few questions. And... they can make substitutions to meet dietary restrictions. The owner and her staff are friendly and make you feel right at home.

Best new fine cuisine restaurant in San Juan. We have visited Pichon 3 times. The menu is creative and food is finely crafted with fresh ingredients . The dishes are perfectly presented with unique flavors. The wine list has wines for every taste, and drinks are perfectly prepared by the in-house mixologist. Service is excellent . Definitely Michellin star quality. highly recommended for locals and visitors. Will be back soon.
