I visited Pichai Restaurant for dinner and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the service. Our server, Laura, repeatedly emphasized that we were only allowed a limited number of orders and insisted that we must finish our meal within an hour and a half. She stated multiple times that if we didn’t finish by then, we would need to pack up our food and leave to make room for the next customer. This constant pressure was unnecessary and created a stressful dining environment. I felt rushed and restricted in what I could order—at one point, she even told me I shouldn’t order dessert if I wanted to have my initial choice of dishes. Her tone and attitude were dismissive and unwelcoming, which significantly impacted the enjoyment of the evening. The food may be good, but the service I experienced did not reflect the standards I expect from a quality restaurant. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses how customers are treated, as it left a very negative impression.

An outstanding meal and great service from the team behind the bar. We ordered raw scallops, tapioca pork dumplings, pork belly, asparagus dish, whole fish in red curry and glass noodles with lobster. Hard to pick a favourite as they were all delicious. Sat at the bar as we only reserved the same day and would plan ahead next time to get a table! Definitely recommend!

the kitchen is firing on all 12 cylinders… bravo & chapeau the acoustic is horrible … waitstaff fail to understand the client needs and restrictions partly due to the horrible acoustic … and that some of the staff come from a bar scene they can sell cocktails & liquor… delivering brilliant cuisine needs staff that have the affinity in service.. all friendly but lacking in fine rest experience… we will be back with some noise canceling devices or have good weather for their terrace..

L’expérience culinaire était top, le service ok, notre serveuse n’était pas souriante, et on nous a pressé à partir après 2h pour laisser notre table à d’autres clients. C’était l’anniversaire de mon conjoint et on nous a pas laissé le temps de prendre un dessert et lui chanter bonne fête..très moyen moyen!
