in the kitchen is executive chef aldo monosi from puglia, italy, who has over 40 years culinary experience having cooked all over the world including europe, the united states, south america & of course, italy. chef aldo has led a stellar career having been trained & schooled at the culinary institute of italy. he has served as executive chef for the italian embassy in washington d.c., the legendary cipriani in nyc & several other well-known, high-end restaurants, throughout the world.
