Piccolo Buco Roma - set mere steps from Rome's famed Trevi Fountain - is where Cooper's Hawk Founder, Tim McEnery, first discovered Chef Luca Issa and his wonderful pizza. The ingredients were deceptively simple: creamy, indulgent mozzarella mingled with a bright and bold tomato sauce. We had such an amazing experience. George M. Was such an amazing host. He was super welcoming and ensured a positive dining experience. Highly would recommend him 1000000/10!!!!! Best of the best! Sold us on the membership so I’m excited to see George every month

Had the calamari, pizza carbonara, chicken parm and the bolognese pasta. Everything was tasty but greasy. Pizza was the best. Crust was good. Could use a little more char.

We had a big party for a birthday celebration. We sat about 15 mins past the reservation since they were waiting for tables to leave. But the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our server was Adonis and he was fantastic!

So disappointed in our visit to this usually stellar spot! First we were ignored at the bar for quite some time - waiting 10 min for a greeting and ability to order, then forgetting tasting request after several asks, and finally having to chase down our bill before being seated. Then our waiter was unfriendly and absent most of the night. After ordering a GF chopped salad, he inexplicably brought one with no dressing. had to chase him down to ask for dressing and he brought a tiny serving that did not cover the whole salad. The service was slow, the food was sub-par and the entire experience lacked the usual essence we have come to expect as guests, let alone as wine club members.

The food was amazing! We had meatballs, rice balls, calamari, and the chopped salad for our appetizers. Everything was amazing, especially the meatballs. For dinner we had spicy pepperoni pizza and the pasta with vodka sauce. Did not disappoint. Our service was great and we love the atmosphere. Definitely dine here again!

Our server Madison was absolutely delightful in spite of being very busy. The food was delicious and we appreciated being able to sample a wine before ordering a bottle. The 4 stars come as a result of a inexplainable delay in getting our food - one hour !! Yes, the restaurant was busy. It was a Saturday night but there were open tables so not booked to full capacity. Madison apologized for the delay several times. The food and service were good enough that we purchased a gift card to give as an anniversary gift. Hoping our friends will enjoy their time at Piccolo Buco.
