Easy to book and call in. Very nice servers. Loved the vibe - and had a great view of printworks area. Good value for money for sure - enjoyed the food - no complaints. Would go again.

Always a pleasure to visit here. It’s the staff that has made this place over the years, and why when back regularly. They’ve made every visit special for us and also when we took family or friends there. It will be sad to see them all go when it closes. When booking within the special requests I stated we needed to leave within the hour this did not happen the service was awful. Our starters were served 10 minutes apart and both initially were given to different tables. Our wine was also served to a different table. Then it took another 40 minutes for our main course to arrive. No staff seamed bothered that we were asking for the status of our food. They were more consumed with gathering round the food dispatch area and then discussing where to deliver food once it had arrived. We had to request our bill when the main course was served. My main course was the half chicken which was a small flatten breast at best for £22.75. I’m sorry I didn’t take a picture but we were in a rush. Then a service charge of 10% was automatically added to our bill. The restaurant it’s self was really nice and the bar staff were lovely but the meal was a car crash.

Awful experience. Had booked for 4 people at 5pm on a Saturday, as we were due at a show for 8pm. One of the starters was the wrong order, so two of us had eaten ours before the other arrived. Then had to wait 1hr 40mins until the main courses arrived. Again, 2 of us had finished eating before the other two meals arrived (both salads!). The pizza went down well, but the spaghetti carbonara was a very small portion. We were on the point of leaving, but then the salads finally arrived. One member of staff told us the delay was due to the fact that one of our party had a fish allergy, so they were “cooking” hers in a separate part of the building. Another said they had to clean the entire kitchen because of the allergy. Not sure which version is true, if either, but a bit excessive for a mozzarella salad. When the salads finally arrived, the mozzarella salad looked pitiful on the plate and was definitely not worth the wait or the £14.95 price tag! The food, what there was of it, was tasty, but not value for money, and the service was terrible. Personally, I think they forgot us. If it means waiting longer while they take precautions over allergies, surely they would explain that up front. However, if they have to clean down the kitchen every time someone has an allergy, no one would ever get served! Having complained a couple of times during the meal, the staff did the decent thing and didn’t charge us for the salads, but we were left disappointed by the experience and a bad taste in our mouths. We won’t be going again.

Food cold on arrival. Items arriving at different times with long gap in between so guests sat waiting with food in front of them. One item missing. Took several times of asking before it arrived. Only offered not to pay service charge. Disappointed as the reviews were so good. If you’re booking without having been; be aware that you have to enter via NEXT (the shop) and this slightly spoiled the experience for us.
