   Enjoyable enough experience, service on the slow side, also told if we paid cash they didn’t have change?!

   Arrived 5mins prior to booking, asked to go and order a drink at the bar as table not ready. Waited 10 mins then taken to table. Orders taken fairly quickly BUT waiter (Chai?) tried pushing (upselling) a more expensive wine than that which we'd chosen and a more expensive beer ... presume this is what they're told to do, but NOT right. Then the evening went downhill ... waited 50 mins for a simple (asparagus & feta) starter, which we only received after asking the waiter about our food. Main dishes arrived very quickly along with same waiter, who immediately upon our finishing delivered the dessert menus with (surprisingly!) a recommendation. Decided on leaving so asked for the bill, asked again, then again. Waited to pay, and waited and ... yes, the same scenario. Finally, after paying, got to the entrance to leave when (presumably) the manager apologised for the delay and offered us a limoncello "on the house", just as we about to go. Declined his VERY generous offer. Then he offered us a voucher for a free drink upon our return. Declined that too as will not be returning ... the staff all knew we had received really poor service, yet nothing was done about it. Food is good. Way too noisy for a relaxed evening meal. That's it.

   We enjoyed a delicious vegetarian birthday meal. All waiters and waitresses were very attentive and friendly. They sang happy birthday to my husband and produced a delicious cake and candle to the table, at short notice too. We sat outside, it was very pleasant with outdoor heaters available if you need one. I’d highly recommend this restaurant.

   I had the wagu lasagna was absolutely delicious highly recommend. I’ve been once before many years ago when I was last in Sheffield and wasn’t disappointed on my return they are as good as I remembered.

   We had a lovely time yesterday. Chai was a fantastic waiter and the service was top notch. The surprise birthday song was the icing on top of the whole night. God bless you all for making our night of celebrations a memorable one. Ciao

   Generally a good experience. The food - prawn risotto - was flavourful. Main complaint is the price of the bruschetta starter, £10 for one piece of toast and some tomatoes. Ambience was good for early evening and the service was very good.
