On arrival we had to wait 20 minutes for our table even though we had booked a table for 8pm. The waitress was very rude and got our order wrong. This meant I had to eat my meal by myself and my fiance had to have his after. There was nothing offered for this mistake and no money taken off the bill. We were celebrating our engagement and felt it was very disappointing. We will not be back.

Staff were very friendly but from the outset we were told of a large amount of menu food that was not available( mainly fish)-the wine was overpriced for what it was-some main course food was cold on first delivery, but heated up on request-we paid for three scoops of ice cream for desert & only had two- this was ,in my humble opinion , NOT a £100 meal.

Foods was ok but service was a bit slow and a kids eat free during summer holidays offer was not applied to our bill, yes we could have asked but it should have been automatically applied, kids pizzas had hardly any cheese on them anyway.

Had a birthday meal for 4, chose the 2course deal for club members, the main courses were shocking ! I ordered chicken Caesar salad there was no chicken in it, one other ordered chicken pasta again no chicken in the meal ! We sent the food back, chicken was added, but it was stone cold scattered on top of what we returned, we left it. No apology from staff for the poor service and food, one pint of Moretti was deducted from the bill, I have been a chef for 40 years never in my life would I expect anyone to pay for food that was so poor. We will never go there again.
