   Lovely night celebrating a birthday, food was excellent and staff were very helpful. One of the party has a nut allergy and this was fully accommodated. We will definitely be returning.

   Loved being outdoors on the terrace and the food we ordered was very good. But the number of out of stock products and the lack of beer!! was a huge issue for us

   Ciao Samantha, Thank you for leaving a review. Sorry to hear you were disappointed. Unfortunately, due to higher demand and delivery issues we have had some out of stock items, but 95% of the menu was available. All the beers were available yesterday. We have Moretti on draft, Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Peroni Capri, Peroni Gran Riserva, Menabrea, Neck oil, Ichnusa and Moretti Zero by bottle that you could have to choose from.    The restaurant Manager here has created the best Piccolinos I’ve visited. Everyone working here is brilliant.

   From start to finish our experience was excellent. I was meeting two friends and was worried about walking in alone, the staff were lovely and put me at ease as I sat at the bar and ordered a drink. We were not rushed, our table was fab. The service was first class, so attentive but not pushy. The food was delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant was wonderful, with a great buzz throughout.

   The food is good and the atmosphere is nice, but the service is poor. The waiter was rude and arrogant; the type that makes you feel that he's doing you a favour. I won't be going back as a result.

    Staff were not friendly or happy when interacting. We had to ask for water on the table which didn’t arrive until we asked again. The food was average and not good value for money. My pasta was stale and it had been left on the pass for too long before arriving on my table. We went downstairs for a cocktail afterwards and the lady only made the cocktail half way full in glass, so I had to kindly ask for her top this up to make it full. £14 cocktail half way full is not acceptable - she was rude and dismissive. This is usually my go to place in Knutsford but it has gone down hill massively. Its such a shame as a long time customer I’m writing this. I will not be going again and I will not recommend to anyone. Bad experience, overpriced, poor customer service.

Our team checked back during your meal, and no issues with the pasta were raised at the time. We’ll still review your comments to ensure quality is maintained. The cocktail was happily remade for you, and our price for the cocktail you have ordered is £10.45, not £14. We aim to serve drinks to spec and will address your concerns with the team.
